1st time visiting this location. The food was fresh and hot. The server new the menu and all the deals. Wasn't along wait time. Once we arrived we were sitted. We were greeted by several managers to make sure the everything was good with our food and service. Enjoyed my meal and the service. For that I give them 5 🌟
I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Our meal was delicious and hot. You forget how good the biscuits are when you haven’t had them in so long. Our service was top notch. Not only was our waitress polite and efficient. She was training. And doing a fantastic job. Shout out to Nikki. Absolutely PHENOMENAL!! A true asset to this location. Checked on us multiple times, kept our drinks full and overall very welcoming and accommodating. The young gentleman she was training is in perfect hands! The manager was also walking around and checked on us twice to make sure everything was good. The hostess greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. We will be back. Was the perfect low key birthday lunch! Thank you.
We enjoyed our lunch. At first we were a little upset with the service. But then the manager and Waitress Both said they were Sorry for the delay of one of our dinners. Over All I'd recommend to go to Red lobster. We left satisfied and Happy. Thank You Red Lobster. Everyone Have A Safe And Blessed Life Amen
