Had lunch in this restaurant during lunch time with a colleague of mine. We both were visiting Cincinnati for work and had a late lunch around 3pm. The restaurant wasn’t as busy and our server, Lisa, was absolutely the best. She checked on us a few times and when she Lund out I was visiting from Kansas City, we talked about music festivals. Really loved her energy and friendliness.
The food was also amazing. The egg drop soup was over the top. And the shrimp lomain was fresh and tasty. I also really enjoyed the pomegranate lemonade with fresh mint.
First time dining at P. F. Chang. We ordered Chicken Lettuce Wrap as appetizer (it was pretty good!), Kung Pao Chicken (a bit too salty to my taste), Crispy Honey Shrimp (it was pretty good), and Stir-fried Eggplant (it was okay). Overall I was underwelmed given the price point and in comparison to other Chinese restaurant options in the area. I'm not sure I'd be back.
I had a strawberry lemonade , lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef. They all tasted good. I sat outside and no covers for my food or drink were given, I think they need to do that especially if it's windy outside and flues come around your food too.
The food was delicious. Excellent portions. Service was also terrific. Prices very reasonable. Minus one star because some of the dishes to share did not have serving utensils.
P.F. Chang’s has definitely made some changes to their menu. There are less options and some of the dishes have changed. I included a pic of their ma po tofu and it’s nothing like the authentic dish. However, their kids meal is a great deal. I also got the chocolate lava cake (not pictured) to go and it definitely is not worth $10. It was very dry and didn’t have much flavor. A store band chocolate cake would’ve tasted better.
Good food! Fantastic service! Our server Ariana was very nice, kept our drinks filled and was overall awesome at her job! Food took a little longer than I would've liked but it was well worth the wait! Would recommend and will return soon!
We love PF Chang's but this location is one of the best we've ever been to. The food was delicious. The service was superb. My family has several allergies that make it difficult to go out to eat but Caitlin took the time to find dishes that they could eat and they loved them. She is one of the best servers we've encountered and went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience.
Everything was tasty and soo yummy, the noodles were delicious as well as the wrap and sushi! The service was great, they brought our food out fast. I would definitely come back.
Service was good but they were training new waiters so it was very slow and I had to wait a long time between courses and to get my bill and pay. It was very drafty at the table they sat me at and it was cold outside and each time the door opened it hit me with cold. Food was good but they brought me entre size dish rather than the lunch bowl I ordered
*This was our first time eating here*
We were told it was a 20 minute wait, which was awesome! We were sat within 5-8 mins, which was even better! Our waitress was great!
I ordered the midnight ritual (cocktail)! It changes colors and was so cool!
We started with Pan fried dumplings, steamed dumplings and BBQ Pork ribs. 10/10 for all 3! 🤤I actually enjoyed the steamed dumplings better!
We had Chang’s spicy chicken, Mongolian beef and Sesame chicken. Chang’s spicy chicken was actually more sweet than it wad spicy. The table favorite ended up being the Mongolian beef! The fried rice could’ve been better. It had zero flavor. I could’ve just ordered white rice.
Overall everything was good and we will definitely be returning!
