Had a great lunch. The Wonka menu items were DELISH! the Wonka tacos were good and sweet, really filling. The new Strawberry hot chocolate was AMAZING!! It even had Gold edible glitter in it which my daughter thought was the coolest. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The women's rest room was also clean as well.
Arrived around 11 AM & waited about 20 minutes for a seat for four. Waitress was friendly & attentative in service. Food came out hot & wonderfully flavorful. Cooked perfectly, right temperature, & a good presentation. Staff was great with a packed out house, all tables being addressed in a timely manner, and saw great teamwork with the staff.
I don't know if this would be a good review or not. We went there 26 min before closing. There was only one other customer dining and they were done when we sat down. The food was great, except they were out of cinnamon. Also the coffee she first brought us was very old but she in a timely manner brought us fresh.
IHOP was a nice place to go eat after attending Haunt Fest at Kings Island. My son and I love to have Breakfast food for dinner, and IHOP is a great place to go, especially for the later hours because they are open longer than most places. The food is always delicious! 😋

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP on Cox Road in West Chester, Ohio. I can't express how impressed I was with the overall experience. From the food to the exceptional service, IHOP exceeded my expectations.

She promptly met all our needs.
The entire staff works together seamlessly. Despite being busy, everyone was on their toes and hustling to create a pleasant atmosphere for the guests. The general manager was onsite, and her presence made a noticeable impact on the restaurant's overall vibe.

It's been 4 years since I was last here. The food still as good as ever. The buildings look has changed to i think a more modern look which is nice and the atmosphere inside is nice. For food we got the pancake combo platter with two pancakes, some meat, eggs and hasbrowns. I had the banana and strawberry pancakes and she had the cheesecake strawberry pancakes and everything came out perfectly. Seriously gotta find out how they do desert pancakes at home. Not a weekly place for me because of the long drive but definetly a good place to eat with family!
Nice restaurant where you can get breakfast or dinner all day. Enjoyed the food, we had a good waitress. Good experience all the way around. I recommend anyone to eat there!!
Place was a little busy when we went and they told us it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait but we ended up waiting only a couple of minutes. The food was delicious and the service was alright.
Really like this location. The food was perfect and the service was excellent, and we were there during shift change.
First time at this location. Were here for a late evening meal after dancing. Restraunt was busy and looked severely understaffed. We were greeted by a lovely young server named Zandra. She seated us and was working at a full run. She waited almost every table and with a smile. Food was a tad slow due to the low staffing levels, but very tasty when it came out. Our drinks never got below half full and the food was hot on the plates. Very good experience and will definately stop here again when travelling down I-75. Service was so good I asked to see the manager and pass it along.
