Never been to a Smashburger, have to say very good. Service was okay. But food was absolutely delicious. It was kind of hot in there felt bad for employees. But food was great. Get the drinks! Tractor 🚜 drinks, loved them!
The food here is always fantastic. I'm obsessed with the smash tots. The rosemary and herb wings are top notch. The cashier was not the friendliest fore she was negligent toward my husband and I, but was attentive to the one other couple that was in the restaurant.
First time ever visiting Smashburgers, we had the Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger and a single alone with fries and order of chicken wings. The flats was cooked perfect but the drums was over cooked and hard... I suggest if you order find out if you can only order flats.... All in all, it was a good burger & fries...
My order is always accurate; even though I'm picky, and it's always fresh! Shout out to the worker at the front with the purple or blue streaks in her hair! She is extremely sweet and helpful, she's thorough with inputting all of my customization requests in the order (I keep forgetting to get her name), but anyone else I have interacted with when I go is also very friendly! This location is a great choice if you're looking for a casual burger joint. Inexpensive, tastes good, and great customer service. What more could you ask for!?! 🍔 🍟 😋
They smashed my dinning experience out of the park. Best burger you could ask for...hot, juicy, cheesy, and crisp veggies. The tator rounds were golden brown and crisp. Staff was friendly and attentive. Store was clean and comfy. Thank you for excellent service!!
Amazing tots and fries. The burgers are a step above everybody else except Wayback Burger and Freddy's.
The burger was a little bland but adding sauce fixed that. The ingredients were good quality and cooked to order. The fries were hoy and crispy. Basically it's a step above fast food. But you can customize a burger the way you want it. The staff was friendly and the line was quick. The food was delivered quickly.
OMG! The best burger we’ve had in a long time. We each got the classic double add bacon, one with tots and one with haystack onions. For the first time in a long time I actually finished my meal! It was 40 mins out of our way (total) but Sooooooooo worth it!
Firat time visit.
I'm sure it was just me, but I wasn't very impressed. When I ordered, I wasn't prompted to add toppings to my cheeseburger, so when it arrived, it was just a plain cheeseburger. Having to send it back to be "dressed," was unappetizing and resulted in a cold burger. The fries were nothing special. They had no toppings, either. Not sure why.
Atmosphere was good, but a bit loud. Seats in our booth were SO cushy I could barely get back out. Place was steady but not packed.
I want to try this place again now that I know the ropes.
I had the mushroom burger and it was likely the best burger I have had in my life. The bun was light and perfectly toasted, the patty was not too thick, the sauce and the mushrooms. Melted in my mouth. I'll definitely be back.
