Sensational chili spaghetti like I've never tried anywhere before! Disclaimer: I'm a Californian.
I saw the billboards with images of chilidogs covered in a mountain of shredded cheddar and honestly thought it was an exaggeration. It wasn't. I ordered two little hotdogs and a 5-way plate of chili-cheese covered spaghetti and it arrived covered in a mountain of cheese just like the billboards!
The chili was unlike any other chili I'd had before, very delicious with unique spices. It on top of spaghetti with a mountain of cheese is genius! I loved it and wish we had it in the west coast!
I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of skyline chili. I don't hate it, but it's definitely an aquired taste. The cloves in it give it the distinct flavor. I definitely do not like the whole concept of putting it on pasta. What I do like is the amount of cheese on the chili. It all melted and blended in with the chili quite well.
Despite my critical opinion of the chili, this location was pretty good. It was very clean and the service was very friendly and prompt. In fact, one of the workers was cleaning the walls along the booth when I was in there. So the place seems to be thoroughly maintained. My chili was nice and hot too when it came out.
The prices aren't bad in here either. $8 for a huge bowl of chili. Not a bad deal at all.
Overall, this location is maintained well.
As an out of towner who heard conflicting reports about Cincinnati chili, I was cautious but with an open mind. Ordered a 4-way with onions with an unsweetened iced tea at the drive through and tried it at my hotel room.
First off, they gave me a ton of toppings. Two bags of cheese and three cups of onions. Nice!
I really enjoyed the chili. The spice mix reminds me of the toppings on Armenian lahmajoon pizzas, with cinnamon and clove. Surprising but good!
Service at the drive through was quick and easy. Price is alright, and I recommend to anyone. Just put away your preconceived notions of what chili is and you'll like it.
Great location at Union Center exit on I-75 about 20 miles north of downtown Cincy...
Great food as always.. new desserts too!!!
Staff was great and happily changed one of the multiple TVs from soccer to the Reds game for us!!!

The place has a particular charm...it isn't fancy and doesn't pretend to be. It's good at what it does, which is a basic diner approach, with coney dogs, nice salads, and wraps. Very good prices. Awesome, friendly service.
SERVICE at this skyline during the week is AWESOME.
I think she might be a manager ( very polite and professional) but if you’re lucky enough to get Brandi as a server , see if she is working. Best service we have had from Skyline in OH.
This chili is kind of like a sauce, more broth/ soup consistency vs hearty chili. It’s VERY DIFFERENT - just fyi ! It took me a few years to like this stuff. Lol
First time trying Skyline as an out-of-stater at the recommendation of a local friend. Great experience. Food was good, and the service was great. The man who rang us up even gave us a few free candies once he learned we were from out-of-state.
The habanero cheese is the perfect amount of heat. Wish they sold beer but I'll take what I can get. Dining room is nice. They have servers I was shocked. All in all they offer great products very consistent
I come here for lunch with my coworkers very often and I don't think we have ever had bad service or bad food, and its at a super good price too, the people here are always so nice even during the crazy lunch rush, and the atmosphere is very nice, it gets noisy but that's to be expected, the food is always spot on!
Not from the area so this was new to me but I really enjoyed the food and it was cool they have a drive thru
