On recommendation of several friends, we ordered for pickup about 2 weeks ago. Everything was great! So, today we dined in. It was during a lunch rush, but even as busy as it was, everything was moving smoothly and the atmosphere was joyful. That says a lot! I didn't catch names this time, but the girl at the end of the registers was great and super patient with us. We didn't feel rushed or confused. The guys clearing the tables were awesome! It truly was the cleanest restaurant I've been inside, and they were so kind and fun to chat with while we waited. The food was great again! Between my family, we've ordered at least a little bit of everything and have been happy every time. No complaints... and all my praise.
Always enjoy the pick 2--1/2 sandwich and small salad. Food is good, but some of the lettuce used was old. You get nice portions. Their dressing offerings are limited--no Italian.
Expo person needs to focus more on dine in take out orders instead of doordash deliveries. I work as chef at local casino. I can give lessons in expo no disrespect intended 💯
I went to the McAlister’s Deli on Cox Road today for lunch. I was with my wife and two younger children. The food was good. We all liked the food we ordered and the environment is casual and comfortable. The service was a little slow but friendly as always.
Absolutely love this place, and the manager is probably the friendliest person I've ever dealt with in my life. She is absolutely fantastic
Like the other McAlister's I've been to the food was average for the price. The drinks were good.
The staff was great and everything came out quickly.
All and all not a bad visit.
11/18/23 - Food was good. Staff was polite and friendly. Place needed to be swept. Generally, I like this place and have no complaints. Today, however, the music made me want to leave. It was chosen by a staff member who is, I presume, young and wanting to hear his or her music. In this case it was hip hop and pop. I looked around and the other customers, like myself, were middle aged and white. This is a fast food sandwich shop not a dance club.
Previous visit, date unknown. No complaints. Good food. Friendly, polite, staff.
I am almost ashamed to admit how much of a food junkie I am. McAlister is my absolute go to for salad. However, I find myself going even when I'm not hungry if I am in the vicinity of one. 🤤 ha ha. We were served by the GM Josh, who was very nice and accommodating (hooking me up with a Arnold palmer, with their famous tea). I had a half and half, which was half chef salad sub the ham for turkey and a spud. I forgot the name of the one I had but look at the picture doesn't it look tasty?! Anyway, I'm glad we discovered this location. 😉

I've slowed my visits down here a bit, due to the poor quality and quantity of my favorite salad.
They've won me back over with this one! It looks awesome, just like it used to.
Terrific, it was my first time and the young lady that waited on me was very suggestive and patience as I took time to learn the menu. I had a very pleasant experience, Thank you Mcalisters.
