this review is for the assistant manager Trevor that works at this location i was on a lunch break and stopped at Panera to order something to eat Trevor was amazing he has excellent customer service, outstanding up sale skills and i believe he is one of the reasons this location continues to thrive with business!
i appreciate him being patient with me as i asked different questions about the menu items i really didn't have to ask much he basically filled in all the questions i had i ended up forgetting something by the time i went to the pick up window for my sandwich and he had no problem helping me add additional items to my order. in general the staff is really polite the women working at the window who greeted me was nice and also had good customer service about herself as well i called in to let the management team know how amazing Trevor was I'm glad to know he is a manager there he deserves it!

My first time at Panera. Ever. Hard to believe, I know. The cashier whipped their head up so quick when I said that. Got the avocado chicken melt and a bread bowl cream of chicken with rice and a brownie. (It had a cute little powdered sugar snowflake on top.) Definitely way too much to eat at once hahahaha loved the fireplace and order/pickup setup. I love me some bread and the bread was pretty good 😊 I do think it's a bit pricey for soup and sammiches, but then again... I ordered a lot of food! Will have to go back to try the bagels.
The workers this morning were a step above the average. They were very cheerful and helpful. It was nice to see a great attitude along with fantastic customer service. Hannah went out of her way to help customers, so refreshing. Kaitlyn also gave great customer service. Thank you!
Helpful and friendly staff accommodated my modification with grace and ease - substituted egg white for whole egg. And of course the coffee is fabulous! Easy stop while OTR 😎

The food was fantastic. I have never been to this location it was clean and I only waiter about 5 minutes for my food.
After Doordash didn't deliver our food, Panera bent over backwards to fix it. Thanks for the extra effort.
If you are nice to the staff they will help you to the best of their ability. To keep your food wait time short, try and avoid high volume times of the day. Ask what specials are available for the day as they change daily and seasonally. My favourite is a you pick two with half a South west salad with a pressed brovo sandwich.
Been good to me especially the drive thru. I use app as well which helps things run a lot smoother.
