West Chester friends...just grabbed a quick lunch at MonsterSubs by The Web. Fantastic service with a smile. They fresh cut the cold cuts and cheese and have liberal portions. The shop is locally owned. I got a salad, the girls got subs...all agree, soooo much better than that other sub shop.
I live in Cincinnati (Northside) so I can't eat here as much as I'd like to! I grew up in Chicago going to a submarine shop just like this! Great owner too!
I've had 3 different subs from here each excellent in its own way. All of the ingredients and spices come together in a way that is not overwhelming, but perfectly delicious. As if the person that made the sandwich is a type of master craftsman. The meat on the bun is plentiful and the roll is fresh daily. By far the best sandwich I've ever had. This is how food should taste
We just ordered from Monster Subs and we are not disappointed at all. Service was fast and the young man Dennis was very nice and polite. He handed my husband the food and asked him to check the order to make sure we got everything we ordered, we did. That was a first, and nice to know he cared enough to make sure everything was there. That was a huge plus for him. Mahalo for caring. The food was delicious, fresh and we will be ordering again. My husband ordered a large roast beef grinder (sub) sorry we lived in New England and that's what they call them. He loved it and the bread was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the gyro, (lamb), I loved it, another plus. We have ordered from other places and we were very , disappointed. We actually could not eat it at all. It was that bad and greasy. Has all the traditional choices you'll find at the 'chain' sub shops but made BETTER with way friendlier service! Both cold and hot choices. No skimping on the ingredients with these guys! The food tastes great! The owner and his team are very friendly. Just a great place to eat. I eat here at least once a week.
I have tried all of the sub chains (subway, jersey mikes, jimmy johns, ect) and they all have a very similar taste quality.

This is the best sub shop in West Chester. The staff is great and I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in. If you're in the mood for a sub that will fill you up this is definitely the place to go. Great food at a great price and you will be supporting a local business.
Had a Hot Italian, and it was incredibly delicious. Service was good, although I can imagine it would get pretty slow during a lunch rush. Price was a little high, but it was so tasty I didn't really mind too much. Check it out!
Monster Subs was recommended to me by my co-workers. My experience was great! Food, service, and atmosphere was awesome! I now recommend them to all of my friends! PS... my favorite is the Dagwood!
Great local sub shop! Much better than the chains. The ingredients are fresh and good quality. The breads are great as well. And best of all, you’re supporting a local business!
This is THE BEST sub place ever. Every sub I've ever had is loaded up - full of meat, cheese, and complete fixings. The people are friendly and you can get through quickly. It's my goto place for lunch at least a few times a week.
Can't beat the great food or the great service. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always extremely friendly. Great place to eat. I'm there at least once a week.
