Drove to three burger kings and this one was the only one who took my order right away. The other two (kemper rd and winton rd) seem to only work with one customer at a time and take forever. I bet it took less time to drive to this Burger King that was 8 minutes away than to wait in the others’ line.
Super impressed with this location - always friendly, speedy service and hot food. Highly recommended for something quick on the go!
My friends and I were in town for a large event; our driver carrying a fairly large trailer with his truck. We stopped for breakfast, assuming we could park and walk in, but that was not the case. Called in the store, explained the situation and they were super accommodating-they let us awkwardly walk up to the drive-thru window and order. The gentleman who took our orders was super kind and a really good sport about the situation. He even walked our food out to the truck. Our food was packaged thoughtfully by order (in individual bags in the larger container) and the food was hot and delicious.
Honestly one of my favorite early morning adventures. A huge thank you to the staff.
Visited this location for the first time this morning (11/8/2022), around 7:15 a.m. I went to the drive-thru and was very impressed by the young woman who took my order. She was very very friendly (and efficient!), which is sadly all too rare to see these days in the fast food environment.
I was in a 'mood' when I headed there, and left w/a smile on my face. Also, the Jr. Breakfast Burrito was excellent!
To those employees working there this morning? A big thank you!! Your efforts are noticed and appreciated.

Best Burger King that I’ve been to lately. The whopper was fresh and amazing! They did the basics, spoke clearly, answered a couple questions and got the order right. about the best you can expect. If you like BK, you’ll like this one!
I've ate many of Burger Kings over the years and this was by far the best one I ever ate at. My food was fresh and hot the chicken sandwich was the most juiciest cigs sandwich I've ever eaten at any restaurant. Also the hamburger tasted like I just cooked it on my grill at home. This location made burger King better in my eyes and the rest should follow their lead on cooking their food for Sue

This BK is my favorite fast food in West Chester tbh, food is almost always fresh and their workers are friendly and don't just slop the food together, haven't had a messed up order but once in a blue moon and they gave me coupons. Worth the $10 for an Impossible Whopper meal when I'm on the go.
