Best Pizza Hut pizza I've had since I was a kid. Was super impressed with everything....the amount of toppings, the freshness of those toppings, the cheese, the stuffed crust, the dough, a good price....it was so good! When I went in the sign said it was under new management. I never had a bad experience with the former, just never impressed enough to write a review.
After 2 years just had a large Supreme thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut in West Chester. Happy to report that it was wonderful! Hot and cheesy, crispy thin crust, just like it was the last time I had it. It's nice to see the same quality I always expected from Pizza Hut is still important to them.
The pizza we ordered last night was nice. The crust was soft and tender, the sauce was sweet perfectly melting with the cheese. It really melted in your mouth with ever bite. You guys did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.
I really like the way they are fast and it's taste good. We order Pizza and wigs and wait less then 15 min (with my hungry and impatient toddler...). The facility it's also very clean and associate are friendly. Highly recommend.
Food and service is always great here. This is probably my favorite restaurant right now. The staff is really what makes the difference. They are so friendly it makes it a lot easier to spend my money! I hate giving my hard earned money to unfriendly people. This is never a problem here and I really appreciate that.

I went to 2 locations and unexpectedly the Hamilton location the mgr was nice & remorseful about being closed for the day for technical difficulties. Dixie location no one was present, open sign off & internal lights off. The call center where I 1st placed my order was not helpful kept putting me back in the loop as if they were transferring me to a manager! At that point after 25min I was livid! ABBY at the Princeton Glendale location was open and in full operation! She took my order, very apologetic, which calmed me down & took care of my order. I wouldn't be so pressed for a refund if I didn't burn so much gas with all the driving! Glad I was paying cash & not with a card because if I had I would have pushed more than just a pizza order. Thanks again ABBY @ 8178F-3 Princeton-Glendale location for your stellar customer service because that's where it counts!
Nick is an awesome employee. (The employee with the cool arm tattoo) He was so understanding of me not wanting my pizza when I found out it was being delivered by Door Dash. He informed me that the company no longer has their own drivers. I have had to many bad experiences with Door Dash in the past and no longer trust my food in the hands of door dashers. (Side note: Door Dash is not required to store the pizza in the pizza carrier we are all familiar with- so it is no different than you just going and getting your pizza and driving it home yourself). He canceled the order and I told him I come in and pick up a fresh pizza and pay for a new one. He had the pizza made fresh and I picked it up and enjoyed it at home. Nicks customer service was great and he was so very helpful in my situation. Thank you Nick!
Big New Yorker, breadstcks, and a cookie made the fam happy. Pickup is best option. Enjoy!
Pizza hut is always a great place for carryout. Their team does a great job of keeping pizza fresh until pickup or delivery. I really like the pizza crust flavoring. Experience was good. This is located across from a Taco Bell/PH combo. I recommend this location for all your pizza and dinner needs vs across the street. Customer service cashiers are always friendly even when it is very busy.
