This Jack in the Box is a great place for a good meal. The food was brought to our table by the gentleman working the line. He was super polite and energetic when he came to our table. Just heads up that you have to stay in your right lane as soon as you cross the overpass intersection since the entrance is very close to the intersection. The exterior of the restaurant is very clean clean as well.
This is one of the best Jack in the box's we have visited. The area in front was clean, the people were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. Plenty of items on the breakfast sandwich. Got food to go also and it was all good. Restrooms were very, very clean. Just a nice visit overall.
1. It was open and seems to have a consistent operating schedule.
2. Dined in and it was very clean, including the restroom.
3. Service and food was good.
Had pretty much written this place off, but new franchisee has revived it. If you like Jack in the Box, I recommend giving them a try again.
I'm so happy this location is back open. Everything was fantastic from the food to the service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. The gentleman working the register was extremely friendly and nice to talk too. The food was so good, after my meal I bought more to take home. I make this drive from Columbus a few times a month and this is my go to spot. Definitely stop here for great food and service.
So glad to receive some of my old time favorites "the Jack in the box tacos". Unfortunately, they've changed allot. The favor and mystery meat is different. I didn't enjoy at all but service was great.
As San Diego natives (where JitB is headquartered,) we’ve been waiting to go to Jack-in-the-Box because it was closed for a while. We were so happy to see that it had reopened! The kitchen was so remarkably clean. Counters empty. Nothing was premade, which meant it was a little slow, but everything was made to order at the time of order.
We had one burger that was supposed to be plain and it came out with everything on it. We asked for them to remake it because it was for a picky 8 year-old, and it took probably six or seven minutes to remake it because everything had to be taken back out. Not awful, just a warning to be patient because they're making it "fresh."
We got tacos, burgers, a shake, curly fries... Everything was great.
Food was great service great. Haven’t had this fast food place since California and was well worth the trip! Glad its close to where i stay at now.
The food was good, people were friendly, and the place was clean. They have lots of options, too
We drive through around midnight. The fries seemed like they were sitting out a while, but everything else was good.
Jack is Back!! Tylersville Rd location in West Chester is open again...Covid. I shut it down, and it was open off & on for a while, but it closed completely several months ago...its Jack in the Box...if you need a fast food fix, it's a great alternative to the McD's & BK's...They have new pumpkin spice croissant bites that are delicious and their usual tasty menu...not gonna lie, I'm hooked on the Monster Tacos and the egg rolls...Yea...egg rolls.
