Donato's Beckett Ridge party room was a great place to have a special family event. We had a bridal shower for Shiann Rearigh there today and the staff were professional and attentive and the food was fantastic. Great idea if you need to host a special event. Thanks to Jim Ben and Nick for the great memory.
Great pizza, one of our favorites! We enjoy eating in, cause the dining room is never busy, so it's nice to just grab a pizza and relax.
I ordered this small, delicious, crispy, cauliflower crust pizza and was delighted. I enjoyed every bite and will definitely order another one soon. Everytime I order this pizza, it's always worth it.
The place was very busy and it was getting very late, but the staff was very nice and we got our pizza fast, it was delicious as always.
Never had a bad experience dining in here! They don't have much seating, but there have hardly ever been any other people dining in when we are - we're usually the only ones, which is nice! Workers are helpful. Love it.

Donatos pizza is always delicious. My favorite is the Founders or the classic pepperoni. Their Itslian salad is really delicious too.
I ordered by phone for a drive through pick up. They were so busy, the line went around the building! It went fairly quickly, but when I got to the window, they couldn't find my order. The manager was on it, and got my pizza ready without too long of a wait. Impressive, seeing how slammed they were. I'm glad they are getting the business, seeing that the dining room is closed.
I got the Founder's Favorite pizza and it was good. Be patient out there, things are crazy and we can all use some grace.
Excellent service, food and value. Must stop everytime I'm in Cincinnati. Wish they still had them by me in Florida.
Unbelievable service from these people. Called twice both times Casey hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager. Ordered pizza in and was fortunate enough to have a free pizza that they burnt to a crisp.They need to find new management Or hope they get a whole Lotta new customers because you’re not gonna keep old ones with business like this.

From one star to five. They seem to have fixed the issues and I just finished the best pizza ever!!! Please keep up the great work. Manager answered the phone and was not only polite but enthusiastic about his team!!!!
When I called to place my order the gentleman went out of his way to find me a coupon for my order. When I arrived at the location the lady (with all the pens in her hair) was very pleasant and also tried to find me a good coupon. I seldom leave reviews, but it was truly a great customer experience so I wanted to give credit where credit is due!
