My wife brings my son (15 months old) here almost weekly. There is a room for 2 years old and younger, and a large area for children of all ages. Prices are great! Potentially going to host a birthday party here next summer.
We always have a great time, we bring some new friends with us many times & enjoy having our own a little pizza party. It is really nice for our disabled children to enjoy especially Friday night inflatable room. Only wish the inflatable room would be available more often. Thanks for our great experience. 👍
Jump & Jack's was great!!! All My children had fun.. I have 6 children andThey range from 16 down to 1 and there was a great variety of physical entertainment to keep them all busy. I love, love, love the baby area! Most places don't have anything for smaller ages so that was refreshing. I like that the food was all baked and not fried. The pizza was surprisingly and amazingly delicious.. lol The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating without attitude. It was nice to see the staff cleaning through out our visit. Our party room was great and personal. Only one drawback: I know it may be a reach but it would've been nice if the party rooms had a separate bathroom or sink inside. Or a bathroom with with small kids toilet.. I don't know just a thought.. but any way we win definitely be back!!! You gained a customer for sure!
Had my son’s 5th birthday party here tonight - they were short staffed, Rundel was literally the only employee working. He accommodated us so well, had the pizzas ready on time and was still efficiently serving those not with the party. Very attentive, the party room was clean. He definitely didn’t let it show that he was the only one working. This is our second year in a row we have a party here and will def come back!
Recently started coming back to this place because of our youngest child! We love coming here and our older kids still enjoy it. The staff is always friendly and we enjoy the food as well. Even if it’s crowded too, it really doesn’t feel like it. Great place for family fun!!
Awesome place! I was searching for somewhere local, indoors, to take my 20month old daughter. We spent a few hours here, and she had a blast. Also enjoyed the food! This is going to be our new go-to place especially with fall/winter time arriving.

My only complaint is a stuck up cashier that up and down refused to give a receipt. She mean mugged the whole time we visited, I witnessed her snap at a kid for standing in the wrong line... (he was in tears line ahead of me, his parents were in left line he was in the right line ahead of me...)
She rudly told him "move over to the other line!" Unless you want to order!" Right after that his parents pulled him over, clearly appalled by her attitude and went away quickly. I asked for a receipt after ordering my children a coke to share. She gave me a zero paid zero change copy... I then asked her, "can I get an accurate number for my self please?" She looked at my copy she just handed me surprised "oh, well... do you actually want me to get you a copy?" I replied "yes" she answered me saying "I can't"
She did the same thing to my wife when she paid for the 6 kids to play, she up and down refused to get the receipt for the transaction... My family put a lot of money into this visit, this employee has added a bit of sour to it.
... I digress ...
Overall I have a great time with the family here! The food is good considering the whole type of location, the French Fries and Fountain Soda Pop are always fresh when we visit. They also have pizza that's good too. I enjoy that the rest rooms are kept nice, and the play equipment has been slammed and rammed by constant play but has held up over the years!
So... other than the very unfortunate attitude of a current employee that works at the register, who wore a gray Hoodie under her uniform...

Great place to take the kids. Make sure everyone is wearing socks ( although they do sell them at $1a pair). They have tables set up for eating, and individual chairs placed around the activities. Food is available for purchase as you are not allowed to bring in outside food and drink. The bigger kids had a great time on the obstacle courses. There is a separate area provided for the younger children. I included pictures of the 2 and younger play zone.

So I will admit I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but our other plans fell through so we gave it a shot. It is worth noting that we went on a day were there were maybe 10 kids total in the place at the time.
We were pleasantly surprised at how many activities were available for the kids. The toddler room was freshly cleaned and the room even smelled nice. The bounce house was open, but we didn't have any kiddos that were old enough. It was, however, being cleaned when we arrived. The large play area was easy to navigate and had several fun ins and outs.
As for any staffing concerns, the three individuals working were kind and courteous. When one of the children was injured by another kid, they provided a well stocked first aid kit. The two younger individuals were not overly bubbly, but I can't imagine holding it against anyone who has to work with screaming kids all day.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced and were pretty yummy, and there was a surprising amount of options.
No kids play area is going to be 100% perfect all the time, kids are kind of gross, but Jump & Jacks will be a regular stop for our family.
