Dark chocolate lovers have met their match with the absolutely darkest chocolate gelato this side of a black hole. I am so addicted I buy a quart to get through the winter. Wonderful Eclat confections and fruit gelatin that really taste like the real thing. This family run operation is an absolute treasure and one of the best reasons to cvisit West Chester. At restaurants I just mention to the dessert server the name D'Ascenzo's and they bring the bill right away - no competition.

Absolutely love D'ascenzo's, I have tried all of the surrounding creameries, ice cream and gelato locations and hands down my favorite!!! Plus the owners always greet us as if we are family. Can not put a price on that!!!!
