The people that work there are nice, and the food is very good!

Price is a little on the high side but its tasty. From what I know Japanese people have a strong personality. So they come out as strong to make a sale. Maybe thats why they have low ratings. Food is cooked in front of you. Looks organized and clean.

I don’t know why everyone is giving this place such a terrible review! If you enjoy well cooked food and great customer service well then this place is for you! The workers are always so kind to my family and I. They are also very respectful to all of their customers. Don’t let these bad reviews think badly of this food place I have been here lots of times and everything works out great! The food is hot and fresh and the workers are very friendly and welcoming.

Consistent over the years that I've been going - they've been here over five years, and along with the Mongolian BBQ, Orange Julius, and Charlie's Philly Steak, they're the reliable anchor eats. These are all always the same. The Chinese cooks here have also been here for years as well. You know everything will be made exactly the same way day in and day out because they never change cook staff. I usually go for the chicken+shrimp teriyaki on rice combo. Always delicious - juicy and soft chicken with flavorful sauce, and the shrimp isn't overcooked and equally delicious. The usual side of cabbage/carrot slice/etc is decent in taste. Rice is made well, no complaints. Overall, enough to stuff you for lunch of you try to finish it all, but better to keep some leftovers for later. Decent $8-10 pricing (depending on which combo you order), and in line with the combo pricing at Panda Express here in this food court (starts at $8 for a two item there). They always hand out the free loyalty card, so eat a few times and get one meal free. Except the vegetables, which need time to cook, all of the main meats and such are made to order. None of that silly Panda thing where you know that almost empty bowl of whatever has been sitting there the past hour. One of my favorites for Americanized Asian fast food for this style of combo. They can make Americanized sushi rolls to order. Better than supermarket shelved sushi, obviously not amazing. But decent for mall food. They can be friendly and get to know you - if you speak up, say hi, come a few times like me, the mall cleaning staff, or other regulars. Yes, they're much more fluent in Chinese, but you can manage with English or some Spanish. Otherwise, they stick to getting the food cooked. Do tell them how much sauce you want - they can adjust and add extra sauce, or even no sauce (meats will still have marinade in them).

Awesome food and value someone on Yelp mentioned Panda gives more and is a better value WTF did I just hear that Panda is a better value. Panda is overpriced especially for what you get yes the service is slow because they are cooking it on demand so you know its fresh? Wow what a concept.
