Food is always good but the one taking our order said some things in Spanish that was very rude, he Jose had no idea that we also speak Spanish as well as English, me being a white Puerto Rican throws them off I guess, he did apologize after I said a few things to him but still there as no cause for his disrespect
Typical consistent menu across this veritable chain. ALL DAY BREAKFAST is a real plus. Great crew. 👌

Super cute drive thru employee here. Just seen him today for the first time . Service was quick, he was super nice and being a cutie was a bonus . Only once when I ordered an oreo shake did they refuse. Since the machine was out of service. But other then that this is small Jack's but. The food is always delicious, cooked just right . Orders have come out. Perfect for me everytime so no mishaps . Exiting the establishment tho is a nightmare one exit leads u to have to hold ur breath and hope for the best while the other side leads to a light but the idiots that park on thee street blocking ur view so ur forced to have to inch out slow as hell.
Always get my order right unlike half the jack in the boxes around Orange County.

Food is solid. It's not the healthiest but it is a good experience. This location is very good, quick and efficient and cordial.. They are not the friendliest, but they treat you like and make you feel like an important customer. I did have a strange order once ( I've lived 2000ft from that location and its entire existence, so I've literary have ordered thousands of times) where I order two plain burgers and when I got home I happened to look at them and each Burger had broken glass. I brought it back to the manager and she nearly died I believe from the lawsuit I could have pursued but I felt I should have not so I just asked for my money back and warned her that it looked intentional so keep a hawk eye on the employees as it looked intentionally placed. She still manages a great location. I should have asked for free food for life, that would come in handy feeding my son. I'm out of work ATM, so anyone have any work? I'm a Jack of all trades. Computers, construction, baseball coaching, you name it, I most likely can and have done it and done it well. I just get bored easily, hence why I have done a lot of different jobs. ADHD, but does not affect my work ethic.

For a Jack location its okay at best. Mainly because the customer service is spotty, depending on when you go there. And the drive thru service is the same as well. It has noticeable needs for maintenance, not sure why the owner allows this to happen and for long durations of time. As for food quality, its actually pretty good and fairly consistent as well. I did get burned once when I did a mobile order, was charged, and could not pickup my order when they closed early on me. Didnt get the refund either, sigh.
