I’ve wanted to try this place for a long while but my husband has an aversion to “Hotel Restaurants”. I finally convinced him to give Kachina a try and holy smokes, it did not disappoint. The ambiance was amazing, our server was fantastic at recommendations and the food was to die for. When he said the skirt steak would melt in my mouth I was sold and guess what, it did. My husband chose the Navajo tacos as soon as he heard “fry bread” and he loved them. My daughter devoured the chicken enchiladas. We loved the food so much we couldn’t pass up dessert! I can’t wait to come back.

Food and service both on point. The staff also catered to my 7 year old daughter and her food was free. Beautiful place to have a really good brunch.
Olathe Sweet Corn (capitalized because it is a trademarked brand name) was a little late this year cue to all the spring rain. Now it is finally back in a slightly delayed season, and Jeff Bolton, the Kachina Southwestern Grill’s executive chef, is featuring it in several dishes, including the Quinoa Corn Pudding that accompanies the Smoked Bison Meatloaf and in the Corn Salsa, served with both the Chipotle Shrimp + Waffles (blue corn, last time I looked) and the Ruby Red Trout.
Excellent service, interesting menu and great drinks .Enjoyed fish tacos that were awesome. The margaritas are great and large selection of local beers. Breakfast was also very good with a southwestern flare to most menu items.
When I call to make a reservation immediatly the guy on the phone was suuper nice! We get there and our waitress was really cool as well! She explained everything to us which made me happy! I gotThe New Mexican Enchiladas. I from new mexico and these enchiladas were better than any new mexican enchiladas I have ever had! After we left I realized that I forgot my food at the table. So I run back and they already threw it away. So we talked to a man and he said he will try to figure something out. Then our waitress comes over and goes to talk to the manager about the situation. We sit down at a couch just waiting and then a waiter comes up to us and knows about the situation and offers us something to drink. Super nice! The manager comes out and feels reallt bad about throwing the food away so he writes us a $15 gift certificate to come back. This was soo nice especially since throwing our food away wasnt a big deal they made it to where we felt important! Over all the service was amazing as well as the food I definatly recommend eating there if your in the Westminster area!
Really good contempory south weStern food for dinner. Enjoyed it even though we had to sit at bar. Will come again.
We went for brunch on Sunday morning. It was amazing. The chorizo in the Kachina Benedicto was the best I've had in the U.S. My husband had the Posole, and it was great too. The decor was nice, and the service was great. The poor wait staff are for some reason dressed up in cowboy hats and weird aprons, and you'll have to suffer through Toby Keith while you eat, but the food is much better than expected. Wewill definitely go back!
Really good food and friendly service!. Sat at the bar for a quick bite. Really good Christmas enchiladas and puffy tacos (pork and Brussels sprouts and it was great). Never mind the three great margaritas "up" with different tequilas based on bartender advice. Breath of fresh air for a business traveler who has seen a sea of mediocre hotel restaurants.
The Westin hotel is expensive.
Breakfast for 3 people $96.00.
Eggs, potatoes, coffee, tea.
Nice Cafe. Lounge relaxing.
Clean hotel.
Very pleasant at night with outside lights. Reminded me of Orlando.
You will enjoy your stay.
Very tasty food. The atmosphere is romantic.
The salsa and guacamole has a good taste, but wasn't extremely fresh. The chips were warm and delicious.
The cowboy skirt steak was enormous and reasonably priced. It came with roasted Brussel sprouts with salt and sweet combination. But the best part were the fries, which were the best fries in my life. They were warm, puffy and had paprika dust.
Tacos has good puffy soft bread and had delicious sauces and grilled fish and shrimp.
The service was friendly but slow. It took 20 minutes to close the tab despite restaurant was not full.
The service was amazing, the food was very good. Great atmosphere. Had a great time. Beware - enchilada is spicy!!
Good restaurant with outdoor seating. Friendly staff at the bar. I highly recommend the beignets. The fish tacos are also very good. Would be nice to have a larger menu selection and the quality of food for the high price is what made me put 4 stars.
Dinner after a long day exploring Denver.
Food was good. Drink was strong. Waiter was super nice.-he had been working since 7am bless his heart
Four stars for atmosphere & comfort and overall experience. Decent food, really wanted to give it five stars but I could not. Free valet. Great service from our waiter, Nathaniel! Thanks Nathaniel :) We had breakfast: two adults, two kids. We are used to good food; The pancakes were not fresh, they were rubbery but everything else was okay: skillet, chicken sausage, oatmeal, and breakfast burrito. Coffee was good, presentation was excellent. After breakfast you can walk outside to a well-maintained pond, sit and enjoy fresh air with great views.
Good tacos. Interesting shell which was more like baked dough that the content sat upon, but super tasty. Had the El pastor and Baja Sun Fish. Both were good but the El pastor was a little better. Service was quick and friendly.
Went back for breakfast and had Cooky's Breakfast Skillet. Also tasty and well done. Gotta love chorizo.
