I recently visited Denver with some friends from NC, and stayed in Broomfield. Snooze was reccomended to me by a buddy who had passed through, so on the first morning in town we all went for breakfast. We. Were. Floored. The staff was super nice (thanks for the birthday pancake, even though it was a day late!), the food was delicious, and the drinks helped us survive our hangovers that we may or may not have had. We were so impressed by the service, staff and food that we came to Snooze every morning of our five day trip. As someone who has worked in the service industry in positions ranging from server up to owner, I can confidently say that is what any restaurant owner strives for. Snooze is by far my favorite breakfast/brunch joint anywhere in the world, and I promise you you won’t be disappointed should you stop by. Thank you to the entire staff at the Westminster location; you guys rock and our trip to Denver wouldn’t have been nearly as awesome as it was if it wasn’t for you fine folks!
I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everytime I have a friend come from out of town I bring them here for brunch. There’s usually always a minimum 30-45 min wait but it’s always well worth it. Yesterday morning we were told our table was ready but due to some miscommunication we ended up having to wait another 15-20 mins. We didn’t mind but Jordan(? Hopefully I remembered the name) made it totally worth it by giving us a free blueberry pancake and oh boy was it magical. The staff here is always so friendly and even yesterday when they’re packed full my drink was never empty and I never had to flag down my server.
The food was phenomenal as always and the portion sizes are always enormous. Anyone who hasn’t been to snooze MUST go.
The food and drinks at Snooze are good, especially items from the holiday menu! Unfortunately our last visit included a much longer wait time than estimated (even after adding to the wait list before arrival) but our server worked hard to still give us the best experience. I understand that times are only an estimate but we waited over an hour for our table after we were given a 30 minute wait time.
Had a very delicious breakfast at Snooze! The french toast with fruit was amazing. I would like to try many more options next time. Coffee was good and the modern decor is very pleasing. In a good area of Westminster, lots of nice places to walk to nearby. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
Great breakfast spot, everyone in our group found something they liked. The staff was so friendly and this spot is modern and clean! Really cool drink options.
Service was great. There was place available for brunch on Saturday and not lot of wait. They have quite a few types of eggs Benedict available. For pride month, they had pride pancake which were really good, definitely worth a try. Also, dont forget to try their cold pressed juices.
Excellent. I had the Juan Breakfast Tacos with chorizo and green chilies. My wife had the Huevos Tostadas with avocado. It was delightful and delicious.
Our server Jaden was perhaps the friendliest and most enthusiastic server I've ever had! Definitely worth a visit.
First time visiting Snooze right off a flight and Houston was our server. The food was nutritious and delicious but our server Houston made the experience. She was so sweet! Thank you guys so much!!

Brunch is always a YES for me! Shared a smashed avocado benny and the OMG! French toast. Plus a toasty hot cocoa just for me, because it’s undoubtedly the place to go all out. Split plates are an easy way to share and Snooze accommodates that really well. Weekdays are an easy time to visit since there are usually less people. Weekends are packed and the wait can be quite long. If you find yourself wondering if you should wait it out - the answer is yes. Every bite will be worth it!
This is the best brunch we've ever had! I think this is the first time I've eaten a big brunch and not felt full and tired all day and that's because they use healthy and sustainable ingredients.
This place is incredibly popular so it's best to get on their waiting list via Yelp! which gives you live updates letting you know where you are on the waiting list.
Despite being overwhelmingly busy from the moment we stepped in the door all of the staff were friendly, patient, welcoming and helpful making sure we enjoyed our time at Snooze.
We ate at the bar and had the BEST service from Nicky! Thank you Nicky for making our day special.
