Went a little over a week ago on a Friday night to celebrate Ladies Night out. Our waiter was wonderful in helping us pair our likes. We started with a flight of wine...we choose Prosecco and a lovely red... Fattoria Buccatino Montepulciano I think. We indulged on the Melange Platter and selected Porter Chedder, Prima Donna Red and Oregon Blue (which was fabulous drizzled with honey). The meats we choose was Smoked Salmon and Spicy Italian Capocallo. Again our waiter helped us after finding out what type of cheeses and meats we were fond of that went well with our wines. Our waiter asked if it was a special occasion. We let him know that one of us was visiting and had not been back in town 8 years. After bringing our cheese and meat platter he left us to catch up. We also ordered fondue which he brought to us AFTER we finished our Melange Platter. His timing was perfect. We enjoyed our evening as well as our food and wine. The only thing that would have been better is having more time with our dear long time friend. But the restaurant had to close some time (we had a 6:30 reservation and we closed the place down) I can not wait to bring back my other girlfriends and Hubby. Such a romantic place for a special occasion or date night.
Love this place! It was the 3rd or 4th time I have been there. Delicious food and cheeses, the best wines and always knowledgeable servers. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!
Food was amazing! Was a bit disappointed they were out of the braised lamb because I have heard such good things. The service was attentive and helped us pair our food with the right wine. The cocktails were strong without compromising flavor. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the duck was so tender and juicy 😋 😍. Overall it was a great experience, they are just struggling to keep inventory in, still very much worth going though. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for and you definitely leave full.
The meal was fantastic. Amazing flavor, great choices, Buffalo Lasagna one of the best bites of food in a long time. The services was the only issue. 20 minutes for a refill on a drink. We never saw the server for 20 minutes. It took a while to order dessert the server forgot we wanted to order.also a long time to check out. Overall great food, mediocre service and rather expensive for the lack of service.
Met a friend here for dinner and ended up staying for hours. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and the Duck Confit Gnocchi was to die for! Service was fantastic, not once did we feel rushed to leave. Has a definite family run vibe which is hard to find post pandemic. Highly recommend!
This is my favorite Italian Restaurant! Always great food that satisfies your palette. Wonderful wine choices that compliment your meal, and specialty drinks that are perfect! Asti has a beautiful cozy environment that will make any occasion feel special. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys food, wine and beauty!
Good experience. Food is very good. All kinds of wine, beers, mixed drinks to enjoy your meal.
Prices a little high but enjoyable. Good idea to make a reservation. Next to Pennys at Orchard.
Service was good.
I have had a very good experience with that restaurant. Just got coffee and desert todays morning. Both were great.
