Hailey Homicide

This is the Starbucks I go to the most as it is by my job and I can't rave enough about the customer service. All of the baristas and very friendly. Occasionally they will mess up your drinks but will gladly fix them when it happens. They also are always very busy and usually still prepare their drinks pretty quickly.

This location has the best customer service!! The employees are always fun and enjoying there work place. Great environment and my drink was amazing!!

I went over to the target Starbucks and they were very rude to me when I had asked for a little extra sweet cream and they didn’t even add my vanilla in she just threw everything in a new cup with doing nothing and handed it to me and was very rude about it. So I came over to the actual Starbucks across the street and told two girls what happened and they were the most apologetic and kind about it offered to remake my drink for me when it wasn’t even their mistake. They could have been rude but instead they were super kind and they offered me make me a new one. I got my sweet cream and was happy again!! Thank you for doing your jobs as well as fixing others mistakes!! You guys have wonderful customer service and it’s appreciated keep working hard!!!

My wife and I got a lovely drink. The barista happily promoted their new #CinnamonShortbread when questioned about what Birthday drink we should get. Very joyous spot. Kind of hidden. But like many #Starbucks they have lovely artwork on the walls!

Breakfast Sandwich hot and tasted great. Frappuccino was blended to perfection. Cashier was very friendly.
