Overall, I had an excellent experience at this Noodles. The quality of food and service was in line with what I expected from a Noodles: fresh, fast, and friendly. However, I did find the in store music to be louder than I would have liked. All in all, I had a good experience here.
Excellent Japanese pan noodles! I like to substitute the sauce for the spicy Korean BBQ. 👌 could have used a little more broccoli though. Overall great customer experience... got here right after they opened so restaurant was nice and quiet and clean. Nice atmosphere, good music playing.
every bad dream i have had for the past year and a half have been of me walking into the kitchen here and it has a different layout. then i get stressed out and want to leave but i don’t know that it’s a dream so i can’t leave and don’t know how to leave. the dreams are so vivid. i think this place has taken a toll on my mental health. good smoulder bread though- highly recommend #bringbackemily
This year I had to go gluten free, which has meant giving up a lot of regular foods I once enjoyed. Coming to Noodles & Co, I didn't know how large my options were to swap GF pasta into, as some things (like soy sauce) can't be changed. So walking in, I asked the girl at the front if I could get the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles GF.
She paused, and pulled out their allergen sheet. She then caught a Manager's attention and asked if it would be safe. He went into the back and checked all of the ingredients to see if I would be ok, and gave me the green light. It was so nice to have one of my favorites again, and I'm not hurting from it.
I've had issues with N&C as a chain in the past, but after the great lengths this location went to so their customer would be safe, and the way they took allergens so seriously, I'll definitely be giving them my business no matter what!
