First of all, the food never fails to disappoint. However, my boyfriend and I are leaving our review to showcase our excellent service. Amir, we owe you an incredible evening. Started off a little damp with spilled drinks. Most people would have been annoyed, but it happens to the best of us and we just made the best of it! He was personable, made excellent conversation with us, and created a personal experience. We talked world cultures, families, secrets to excellent homemade fondue, and more. It really was the best dining experience, so thank you and hopefully we cross paths again!

This was a first time for myself and my entire family we were celebrating 12 years of marriage. We had the 4 course meal and upgraded my two children also. Wow what an experience for everyone. My waiter was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you for making my night a blast.

Had dinner last night with another couple. We have eaten at the melting pot many times but last night was the absolute best time we've ever had. Food was great as always but our waiter, Max, was AMAZING. He was hilarious. It was like dinner and a comedy show. I will definitely ask for him next time!
