Savory tacos, with just two and your good
This is one of the best straight up Mexican place around Whittier. They have prompt service and exellent grab bags. I've been going to this place for about five years and they have never let me down.
Trust me, I eat taco everywhere I go, the taco from this place is hand down the best most tasty ever!!! Lengua is chunky and juicy, Buche is soft and fresh, tripa is juicy and crispy at the same time, the flavor is off the hook, and they are the only few stores that have chicharrons taco too. So good!!! So glad I found this place. If you are taking your friends to try taco the first time, go to this place, they will love taco for the rest of their life.
TAKE-OUT ONLY, not Dine-In (despite what Google shows). This is just a counter across a doorway. Cash goes in, and authentic Mexican food comes out. All of it is really, really good, but the cabeza is the best anywhere. Their signs don't mention chicken, but pollo is available, and, guess what, it is also excellent.
Really good Mexican food. The prices seem higher than others, but the portions and the amount of meat given is so much. It makes sense. The food is very good. The tacos are not your typical small, hand palm sizes, these are big with lots of meat. The burritos are typical burritos, but the meat makes it so much better. It's a independent small business, family owned. Cash only. Take out for sure. They put up a window menu signage. The photos are from Sunday, 02/28/2021. Delicious but they put beans which I didn't want, but I didn't do say no beans, so nobody's fault!!

Quick service clean and friendly. There food is the real reason to come here!!! So if your working close by, its worth stopping by for lunch.
Lunchtime and la Victoria is always so delightful where is LA meat or dish I have tried that I have not liked everything so far has been delicious.
