Love. Love. Love. If I could rate this amazing place any higher than a 5 (with hard working staff that treat ME like I’m family) I would give them a 10! Steve (one of the great managers) has always been kind, thoughtful, and generous. Rafael has been my “guy” for over 7 years now. He is a server, sometimes bartender, he will host, run food, do anything asked. OTB east is my “Cheers” and I could probably be called NORM when I walk in, but it’s my all time favorite place to eat in all of Wichita. Rafael knows me so well that before I even sit down he’s got my “extras” (pickled carrots and jalapeños, queso, corn tortillas, etc...) already being prepared to drop off with me. My friends and family have always been amazed by the service AND the delicious food and have loved coming with me to this awesome place I sweetly refer to as my home #2. Thank you OTB for being not just a great Mexican food restaurant, but for always going the extra mile to treat me so well �����.
The staff, especially the bartender, at this location is amazing. I am a problem customer as I have some food allergies. The bartender brought me an allergy book with listings of safe foods for different allergies. I have never felt this level of caring and commitment to my health at any restaurant before. Oh, and the best part is, the food was wonderful!!! Thank you!
Played 3 hours of music last night at On the Border (east) in Wichita and it was one of the best experiences of my life. All of the wait staff and managers were super nice and helpful when I was setting up and thru out my gig. Tons of people came out on the patio to listen to me play, and the margaritas and food were dynamite! There was just a great energy out on the patio. Can't wait to go back!
