Had some issues previously with staff and food but after talking to the GM today, she listened to me fully and with care and took care of my concerns beyond what I could ask for. Management is on top of making this store a wonderful place to dine and order from 💖
I love when customer service is actually friendly, such a rare thing these days and so appreciated! The staff here really made our day! <3
Would have been 5 stars but I just witnessed a manager that works at that store publically shame an employee.... Not sure if he was new and learning... Or was just being kind like many other workers in macdonald's.
Often employees... Including managers give doordashers and Uber drivers a small drink cup for a drink... As gratitude for delivering their item....
But this manager said both in front of the dasher and the employee... You don't give out cups because. She was supposed to get water and she clearly got something else....super cool buddy...real professional. Ya sure showed them ..if that's what makes you feel more. Superior to everyone by all means keep it up. That whole don't want people stealing the tea, it'll make the company go bankrupt.
Anyways just thought I'd say that. The world would do just fine without these little men running around micromanaging the little things. In fact....showing gratitude to your dashers...helps keep the moral high...and them doing a good job out of respect and appreciation....but makes that moral fall through the floor when people like him show his face and true colors.

The restaurant was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the cashier was rude and not very helpful when I asked her if she could help me figure out how to order off of their app.
