Looking for delicious vegan (and meat, too) eats in Willits and found it here! The rest of our party was satisfied with the meat options (which they loved), but they all stared at my beautiful bowl of yummy vegan food (the Fresh Veggie Bowl). Please see pic. The staff carefully crafts each dish/piece of art. It tastes even better than it looks! Wish I lived closer because I would be going all the time! I told my local family to go there and enjoy!
Food was killer! Staff was friendly. Only negatives: a bit pricey, and we had to sit outside because the dining room was full, which wouldn't have been a problem if not for the excessive noise from the street.
Got the raccoon tanuki, veggie tempura, Pablo chicken rice bowl and miso! Literally have never been more satisfied and happy to spend $35 on dinner. Fave place in town 😊
Clean resturante, service was good, Loved that they are big Studio Ghibli fans and had one of the movies playing on the T.V. I had the miso with ramen which I thought was lacking flavor, the tempura veggies were spot on. Gonna try something else next time I visit.
What an amazing stumble-upon discovery. We were on a little detour from 101 to the taco bell and instead decided on a whim to try this Japanese station out.
I think within 10 seconds of entering we knew we had found something unusual and quite amazing. Being massive Miyazaki fans, the posters of Castle in the Sky, Totoro and Kiki were like a refreshing glass of Chūhai (Kiki was also playing on the TV).
We knew there was no way the food was going to disappoint and it didn't. The tempura was steamy and satisfying with shrimp, squash, broccoli and carrots. The Willits miso ramen was delicious but the spicy coconut red curry ramen with tofu blew us away. There were some unique aspects such as sliced tomatoes, a floating lemon and crunchy noodle pieces which softened into the hot broth. A large floating squash slice was a delicious addition. It came in a large pleasant-blue ceramic bowl and looked as good as it tasted.
I have had a chance to eat here and I have enjoyed it. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Definately a good option for a nice lunch or dinner.
Always fresh, always consistent, flavor profiles on point. Service is always pleasant and professional. It's very hard not to eat here every single time I come to Willits! Their brown rice veggie bowl calls to me 😋
Love this place fresh organic everything, the Salmon salad rocks as do all of the ramen bowls, check the back page of the menu for one off unique bits to try , can't remember the name but it was like triangle shaped sushi roll with cooked salmon super yummy! Don't let the size of the place fool ya the food is awesome. I know whenever I write a review like this it'll make the place busier than usual but these folks deserve your business.

So sad to have seen this eatery close. It was my favorite in Willits. Covid-19 times. 😔
We love this place. This bowl is especially delicious and my other go-to is the curry chicken broth soup- add avocado and jalepeno for something truly delightful. My kids and husband prefer the Rocky chicken. The staff are friendly and considerate.
Very fresh VERY delicious!!! I only order to go, haven't eaten there. Sometimes it can take awhile so call ahead but I promise it is worth any wait at all! So good! I will say it's kind of lame they charge you for so sauce, so I just skip it and don't add any.
