This was our first time and it was great! The food was delicious and service was good. Salad was very fresh, entrees were great portions and very tasty.
My husband got rigatoni a la vodka but was able to sub the spicy sausage for chicken. It was delicious. I had the chicken Parm, and the pasta was perfectly cooked, the cheese was fresh and flavorful, and I loved the chicken!
We both went home with leftovers. I will be returning here.
One of my favorite go-tos in Wilmington. The service is always on point and the food is always consistent and nothing short of amazing!! Vinny and all the other bartenders are always attentive. The environment is also so welcoming, my fave Italian spot <3
We ate here twice in 2 days while visiting in town. The food was top notch, absolutely delicious. We ordered different entrees each night. We also had guests who are vegetarian join us and love the food. First night the service was fast, friendly and exceptional.
The second night was a bit of a let down in terms of service. Not sure if the kitchen was short staffed but it took us an hour and 20 minutes to get our entrees after ordering (all pasta dishes), 45 minutes to get a basic salad. Staff was polite and nice but it was a really long wait.
In conclusion, the food was great and we will likely be back. Hopefully the long wait was a singular event.

Authentic Italian! Always consistently good! Love the spicy shrimp appetizer! Generous portions! Our waitress grace was outstanding. Very attentive and remembered everything we asked for!
I had came here with a friend few years ago & loved it. i just did a call-in order this time & again, LOVED it!!! Awesome! Food is amazing! Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is calm & relaxing.

Terrazzo Trattoria is hands down my favorite restaurant in the Mayfaire area! The food is amazing, and the service and atmosphere are equally excellent, very attentive and helpful waitstaff...the owner Vinny even checked on us serveral times...and the atmosphere is polished and elegant, on par with what you'd expect from an establishment of a much higher pricepoint. We had a number of different drinks and beers from the bar, all were nicely prepared and came quickly. Appetizers ordered in our party included sweet & spicy calamari, meatballs, garlic bread parmigiana and all were excellent. Dishes oredered included pizzas, eggplant parm, chicken parm, and I personally got the lasagna. Everyone commented on how good their respective dishes were, and the lasagna is the best I've had in a long time, maybe ever! The deserts were equally decadent, including cannoli, coconut cake, chocolate cake, and AMAZING zeppole!! This is authentic Italian and definitiely the best in the area. If you love Italian food...or food in general, if you're taking someone on a date and want to impress them, or are just looking for an excellent dining experience, Terrazzo Trattoria is a must visit! You definitely will not be disappointed!!
I had cheese ravioli and meatballs and my husband and a friend had spaghetti and meatballs. Both meals were very good. Another friend had ziti in white sauce and chicken..also an excellent meal. Service was good. The pictures below were taken in the first room. There are two more areas of seating as you walk farther into the restaurant.

We went to Terrazzos tonight for my sons 24th birthday. It was 5 of us and we waited for a bit sitting at one of the tables at the entrance where the bar was. After 30 minutes waiting, We were asked two different times if we wanted to eat at that table in the bar and they would give us Our own waitress. We declined both times, because we wanted to eat in the dining room. We ended up sitting on the couches at the entrance area. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, my husband told one of the girls at the hostess stand that whatever was open, including the tables in the bar area, we were willing to sit. They sat us quickly in the bar area since it was open, and then our entire service was perfect. We had a very attentive and caring server. She asked about refills, she was sweet and friendly, she didn’t act like we were a bother to her at all. This could have been a bad experience for us as customers and honestly could have been bad as one of the restaurant staff. But it wasn’t , we came in there with good spirits and we had someone serving us who was also in good spirits. Thank you Carly, (Carlee, Karly, Karlee) ? ❤️❤️ You made our night and thank you for being so sweet to my son on his birthday. Every time we come to Terrazzos, I will ask for only you.
