I have had a wonderful experience every time I have stepped inside the District. I have been recommending this place like crazy! The gnocchi are like little pillows of heaven! Small plates, scallops, spinach salad....you really can't go wrong no matter what you order! It all on point! Love it!

Just landed in Wilmington for first time. Hotel recommendations didn't do it for us, so we branched out and happened upon The District. Fabulous dinner, food was so fresh and phenomenal and the staff equally great. Definitely recommend this. We are going back tomorrow night❤️!!!!!

Wanted to have cocktails and a lighter dinner before attending a concert at Wilson Center, so decided to check it out. Very happy we did. Fantastic cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed each of the three small plates we ordered. Definitely planning to try their entrees on our next visit. Acoustics could be better, but unless you catch an overly boisterous group no problem. Food expertly prepared and presented. I would highly recommend you give it a try. Menu for dinner as well as brunch is very interesting. Excellent service and, while not cheap, a good value for the quality of their fare.
