They're usually really nice, always super busy but unfortunately I think it's exactly what makes them choose to be so stingy with things, even the stuff that I paid for. It's almost like they think it's coming out of their paycheck or something **UPDATE: Night before last,we had dinner there and I was surprised and elated to see a HAPPY smiling gentleman worker who ended up going way out of his way for me which was greatly appreciated and it really was just refreshing in general to find such a wonderful young man working great doing his best to give great customer service and had the brightest smile the entire time, even after "climbing mountains" and "jumping thru hoops" to make sure I was satisfied! The world needs more people like this young man and I really hope the service industry doesn't make him bitter or change at all!! For this reason alone, I'm changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars! I have seen some improvement since last time
Kids 2 piece meal had no chicken just a half box of fries
However when we called the store the manager was quick to apologize and offer us some coupons he would mail us
Great food...fast and friendly service.
Kid that waited on my wife was really patient and kind. We ate in, place was spotless.

The manager Bill was super nice when I accidentally ordered my food at the 17th St location. He made sure my order was right and was just a pleasure. Thanks Bill. The lady at the 17th st location was super nice as well and even offered to have my order transferred to Gordon Rd when I called and asked them to hold it because I ordered at the wrong place. All in all excellent customer service! I gave 17th St 5 stars 4 years ago and the review hold true. Thanks yall!
I just came through the drive through. Amarion was kind, fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a former manager of a different Zaxbys location, I know that Amarion is exactly the kind of team member I would want on my team. He’s an asset to the store and should be well commended for his hard work and attitude.
Zaxbys has new chicken sandwich and it is DELICIOUS! I went thru drive thru after work, they got a long line down quickly. Employees were nice and friendly. It is always nice to get home and order be correct.
Only fast food place besides Chick-fil-A in Wilmington with good service. Food is good, not under/overcooked. Food doesn’t take 30 minutes to come out, price is reasonable, and staff is nice. Definitely will be coming back. + they don’t charge for an extra sauce
Just had a wonderful experience here, you can really tell when someone takes pride in their work. I had the pleasure to have Bill take care of me. He was fantastic with the person in line before me, he was friendly, remembers everything about the orders, and even remembered my name when I went back over to ask a question. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Great experience thanks for being awesome.
I went inside recently and I wanted a club. the old club you know on toast. but they no longer sell it on the menu.. so I can ask for the new club, and you know add mayo lettuce n tomato no zax sauce on toast. I never go thru drive thru because I feel it puts a lot of pressure on ppl during lunch rush to modify an order....so I went inside... order was still wrong. I wanted to complain, but the manager, I'm guessing, was already getting short tempered, being that I asked for something I didn't get, so I let it go. this isn't the first time it's happened. so I'm not sure what to think.
Super sweet guys working there! The food was hot and fresh… left me super impressed. Definitely a superior location of Zaxby’s. Great job!
