Favorite place for bahn mis and milk tea! The spring rolls are also INSANE! Haven’t had a bad item yet everything is delicious and fast!

My 11 year old had been to Bubble Shack with my Mother in law a few weeks ago, and she's been begging my wife and I to go back ever since. We realized that they close at 5pm. so my daughter and I made a trip out to pickup dinner early. This tiny little spot in a strip of stores was clean, yet festively decorated. The hand written menu boards were straightforward. Neverending combinations of Teas (black,green, milk teas), flavors (syrups added to tea..Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Banana, Lychee etc. ) , Boba pearls, popping pearls and jellies. Today My daughter got Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry popping pearls and lychee jellies. I got Iced Vietnamese Coffee for me and my son. Both were on point. Now for the food. The pork and veggies springrolls were crisp, fresh and tasty They were served with a homemade duck sauce. I got 2 small pork buns , for my kids who ate them before I had a chance to try them. So I guess they were good. I also ordered a few BBQ Pork Bahn Mi Sandwiches without jalapeños . They were perfect !! Fresh shredded carrots, slice of cucumber, cilantro, pork. I toasted them at home and added Sriracha to mine 😉😉. I love supporting small businesses and we'll definitely be back. From the awesome logo, I was convinced that this place must be a franchise. I chatted with the person who took my order and she informed me that they were just a small family business. Hopefully, they will expand their hours soon. By closing at 5, I feel like they are missing out on a dinner rush. My hunch is it's probably a staffing issue . I almost forgot to mention the drink fridge filled with interesting canned beverages such as lychee drink, coconut drink, sugar cane and a coffee drink. I grabbed 3 lychee 'cause it's my jawn.
