I would like to give a Great Manger at this Location for the doing such a Great Job with Her Team Leaders. Everyone was Busy so She Made My Order. The Best Fast Food Order I ever Had from This Location. All was Made with Perfection. If ever you Need To Complain ask For Brenda Priest. Thanks for your Hard Work and Teaching Staff How to Do What You Do.
Brenda who operated the drive-thru spoke clearly and slowly. She also didn't mind repeating herself. Her customer service was very impressive. She kindly started a fresh batch of Nacho Fries for which she requested a mild wait to which I gladly acquiesced. You will also observe that the Cheesy Rice and Bean burrito is wonderfully balanced with a Chipotle Sauce substitution. Not too much bean...not too much rice...not too much sauce... harmony. This restaurant wants to be open and the manager I dealt with was incredible! Every other Taco Bell is understaffed in Winston Salem, because of poor management. This lady was committed to being open. “Taco Bell” shame on you for not paying your staff and management! This company should be embarrassed and ashamed for paying your staff next to nothing to work so hard. I never leave reviews, but this was an eye opening experience, and this restaurant should reward whoever the manager is that worked on December 22nd 2021. She was incredible.
