I like this place but they are busy location. Sometimes it takes more than 10 min to get coffee. Some days they are more pro active and have someone outside taking orders which makes it faster but most of the time you have to stay in line for drive-through and it takes a while. But coffee always tasted good and no matter who makes it, it's always the same. And costumer service always on point. Everyone is very nice and polite
I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years. I’ve had bad and good experiences . However, my BEST experiences have been the mornings Julia is the barista in the morning. This girl knows everyone by name that’s a regular, literally stops what she’s doing to wave at you while making eye contact and smiling from ear to ear like your her favorite customer. I’ve never ever had any Starbucks employee or anyone in customer service do even two of those things at the same time.
Sadly today’s my last day stopping here in the mornings and I will miss having that positive happy experience to start my mornings off.
Shout out to Jamal and Kevin, employees at this location. They have memorized my tricky Green tea order and are always so friendly, easy to talk to, courteous and kind! Great customer service. Thanks for a happy drive thru 🤗
Always a great experience and lovely customer service! Workers are always super friendly at the window and very positive. I also order Uber orders from this location often and they’re always packaged perfectly and fresh! Best Starbucks in my area if you ask me!
I almost always use the drive thru and they're usually pretty good about getting the order right. They're always friendly and polite. There have been a few times when they haven't gotten the order right but those have been few. I like to use the app it makes it so much easier and quicker. Unfortunately there's usually a pretty long line but I understand there's not much they can do about that.
Yo, this Starbucks on Tuskawilla is easily the best for customer service a product quality. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you there, ask for that worker created Kevo-Bevo. It's a really nice nitro that tastes like chocolate milk. Trust me...Delicious.
This Starbucks! Big and plentiful windows around two whole sides. This may contribute to the great staff attitude, but it definitely keeps this Starbucks slammed. Always busy and plenty of seating. Could only improve with a higher percentage of comfortable seats. Also tried this new Sammy. Nice!
Kevin, the shift supervisor, was amazing. He’s personable and was chatting it up with all customers while also getting things done! Great spirit to see in the morning!
