Kind Grinds is an Espresso bar in Winthrop, WA. They brew Blue Star coffee; the finest locally roasted coffee in the state of WA. A different kind of soup is made daily with organic ingredients. A wide variety of baked goods including some that are gluten free, are available along with a breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is urban meets this little western town. Great vibe. Friendly. It's on the right when you head out of town on West 20. They open at 7am and close at 4pm. Whether you are in town for some skiing, biking, hiking, rafting or just site seeing, you'll want to stop by Kind Grinds for your caffiene fix.
This place has quickly become a favorite and this afternoon reminded me why... excellent customer service & fresh, healthy food. I went in starving & everything was sold out but the staff member offered to make me a sandwich fresh. This Mama was so hungry and so appreciated the quality service.

Breakfast burrito was awesome! Comes with sour cream and salsa. I got the bacon and my roomie got the sausage. There’s also veggie. The coffee is good and the service is kind and fast.

Highly recommend. Delicious coffee and burritos. The burrito options are plain egg, sausage, and bacon. They're premade and kept in a warmer so you can grab a hot one for the road. Very friendly service.
Want organic?? Want local? Go here! I was astonished that the grilled cheese was the same price with or without meat. YET, they made me a custom grilled sandwich on the spot with bread made that morning !! Swiss cheese, tomato, avocado & more. Delish.
Delicious Americano, friendly staff, prompt service. They carry a lot of different non-dairy milks (thank you!!) and noticed they have a vegan option of avacado toast on their menu. Loved it!
Great tasting coffee and friendly staff. Call in or order when you get there. Need a mask to enter according to the sign at the door, as of Jan 3rd. 2021 anyway. Bluestar coffee sold here in bags also if you need some to take with you.
Great place for coffee and tea. We got a very good burrito as well. The lady working there was very nice and was happy to fill up my water kanteen too. Would recommend this when in Winthrop.
Stopped here twice recently and both times they look you in the eye and their coffee is outstanding. I like that even tho I WAS a tourist I was treated with equal respect to the locals. Their wraps are divine!
