We only had to wait about 20 minutes and once we sat down the service was good. The food was good, but with the pasta I’d expected more flavor. The cheesecakes on the other hand were amazing and worth every bit, dreaming they were only 100 calories😂.

Have been to this location several times and always had good experience with the food and the service. Went there today and a big shout out to out server Alante who was great. He was very friendly, took his time to explain things and made sure our food comes out the way we wanted due to some restrictions. Had a big smile on his face all the time and was great with the kids. We usually have had a good experience with the service for the most part but Alante made it even better.
For the food, we have always enjoyed the food. As for today, the Shrimp Alfredo was a little bit too creamy but still good. Korean fried chicken is always a good option on the menu. Chicken and shrimp gumbo had a good taste although I will say the rice can be cooked better (have noticed the rice at Cheesecake Factory seems under cooked). I did an impossible thing and tried the impossible burger. Would not say it tasted like a normal burger but was a good change to try and had a good taste.
The only drawback is usually a long wait time. Although for the most part it does not take as long to get your table as the estimated time, but sometimes it can be a little bit long and boring. Overall this location gives a good experience from the check in desk to the end of the lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend.
Stopped by for lunch on a weekday and decided to try outdoor seating since it was nice weather, we were seated immediately, which was nice.. patio was a bit dusty, and some music would have been nice. Service was fine enough, nothing memorable. We ordered mixed drinks which weren't the best and the limes were old.and brown as you can see in my picture. The food was good, although we got our entrees before our appetizer. Overall, it was an okay, experience, nothing to write home about.

Last minute decision to have our anniversary dinner here. We were able to get seated quickly. I will forever complain about the silverware being placed directly on the table with no napkin. Server was nice, food was good. Overall it was a good day.
The Cheesecake Factory is a must stop for our trip to Potomac Mills. Their food is always good, but the real reason to visit there is in the name. They have a wide variety of cheesecakes, all absolutely delicious. We almost didn't have enough room to finish all of the cheesecakes...almost. Another fantastic time at this mandatory food source.
Wonderful venue for getting together with friends and family. Cheesecake is outstanding. Love just about any dish containing mushrooms since we often forage a variety of mushrooms in the wild. Was totally disappointed with our Thai Lime Chicken dish that contained burnt mushrooms that gave the entire dish a bitter taste. Cannot see this to be the standard for this menu item. An experienced cook tasting burnt mushrooms would have immediately tossed them.

When the rain came pouring down unexpectedly, I sought shelter at Cheesecake Factory. With my spirits dampened by the weather, I decided to brighten my day with a slice of their famed Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake, infused with the irresistible flavor of Snickers.
As I took my first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. This dessert was a revelation. The velvety cheesecake was satisfying every crunch of Snickers in every mouthful. It was like savoring a Snickers bar but in cheesecake form, a delightful fusion of textures and flavors that warmed my soul on this gloomy day.
What added to the charm of this visit was the welcoming and friendly staff. Despite the gloomy weather outside, the staff's warm smiles and attentive service created a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Cheesecake Factory's menu has piqued my curiosity, and I'm eager to return and explore their savory entrees, as I'm sure they're just as delectable as the sweet treats.
In summary, Cheesecake Factory provided the perfect haven on a rainy day. The Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake with Snickers was a tasty delight, and the staff's hospitality added to the overall appeal. I look forward to my next visit, where I'll undoubtedly sample more of their sweet and savory offerings.
The service was great! The food and drinks was good as usual. We went a little on the late side of time. We had plenty of time to eat, socialize and enjoy. our meals. We also, order some cheese cake to go home.

Great meal & drinks. Service was really good and a huge menu to pick from. Tends to get a bit loud when full but we still had a nice meal.
We had a very good server but unfortunately I can't remember her name 😔. The clam chowder was tasty. My fish and chips were good as well. Sweet potato fries always was a hit. Mai tai was on point.
