Good food, great service. Not at all busy during the week for lunch, so practically had the place to myself with my grandma. There was a customer who was talking on their phone on loudspeaker, which was a little inconvenient to everyone else, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. My grandma was more annoyed than I was, though.
Paul the Manger has been awesome. Nicole was also super friendly and amazing. The food was delicious and it was definitely warm in there, not like how other restaurants are freezing year round. The Christmas lights and decorations made it very festive. I had the grilled cheese and it was delicious as well. Will definitely be back with my family. 🎉🎉🎉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had excellent food and excellent service today. Our server was polite and extremely friendly and our food came out hot. The manager also stopped by to ask us how our meal was. I would definitely recommend coming here!
One of the best brisket I ever had! Meat was so tender and juicy. The food was delicious and fresh!! Very nice, cozy, and quiet place. Coleslaw was very good. Friendly staff.
Came into Smokey bones before seeing Taylor Swift and had the best experience!! The bartender Esther was amazing and the handsome manager helped make sure our food was perfect !! Def coming back
I went to the restaurant on a Saturday night. We were a huge group of at least 20 adults and 15 kids. The servers were quick to take our orders, the food came out fast and everyone kept their cool. They regularly checked on us to make sure we were happy with our food and drinks. Our evening went very smoothly and even our checks were right! The restaurant staff did an amazing job!

My husband and I stopped by on the way home for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Manager and server were very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and yummy. Their mango habenero sauce specifically was pretty great - more mango flavor than most before the heat.
Was craving some BBQ and wanted to try this place out with some friends. I had the fried pickles which were delicious and not soggy. Also the 1/2 BBQ Chicken platter with wedges and steamed broccoli. The chicken was moist, wedges were crispy and the broccoli garlic sauce was great. Didn't take long for our orders to come either. Good dining experience all around.
Amazing food! My wife and I got the Bone Fire for two and it was great. The meat all had an exquisite smokey flavor which paired perfectly with the barbecue sauce they provide. The staff ensured we were all set without being a burden. Our server Hailey was extremely welcoming and took good care of us. Awesome experience overall! Definitely coming back!
