Was greeted by Jonathan ( with the hair braid ) and he was very accommodating to me and my absent children’s meal. The entire staff was helpful to remind me to grab water and chips/cookie like they have had issues before and were consistent with making sure no mistakes happened. Giuliana was extremely helpful with me navigating the app, making sure I was taking advantage of the benefits and really- she didn’t have to but also was confident in making sure I got the perfect cookie and even asked her staff. You can tell this in a good and well maintained sandwich shop. I look forward to returning ! Cookie was 💯!!!
First time eating at a Potbelly Sandwich Shop. It was good. Not too busy when we went in for lunch. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. I got the Avo Turkey Sandwich combo and my wife got the Mediterranean Sandwich combo. It was $28. A little high for two regular sandwich combos in my opinion, but at least it tasted good. They have Zapps Chips if you’re a fan. Also, they use paper straws which I personally don’t care for. I will say there were quite a few orders being picked up “To Go” while I was there and I noticed a couple came back in to report missing items or incorrect orders. So, if you are ordering online or using a delivery service, be aware that it appears employees may not have the best attention to detail. 🤷🏼♂️ If you happen to be in the area and want a toasted sandwich, I’d recommend this shop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
I placed an order online for an avocado mushroom sandwich. When I picked up the order I just expected to get an average sandwich but today it was different. It was filled with everything I wanted and not small portions but perfect portions of everything. It was flavorful and juicy. I loved it so much that I gave them a call to tell them how delicious it was. I love potbelly sandwiches and cant wait to return!
Italian sandwich was great. Staff friendly. No wait. The only issue I had was that they were out of Dr pepper in the fountain machine. The staff offered me a choice of drinks instead but were unable to change it. Overall a great experience.
Went it to eat lunch today and got the chicken salad sandwich. For the most part I was quite satisfied with the sandwich but it needed a little bit more mayo. The best part of my experience was the customer service. Genesis, the lady who was making my sandwich, was very kind and thoughtful and made sure I was happy with my sandwich. If only all employees were like this !
After losing all our Potbelly locations in Canada, it was nice to experience after so many years. I tried the Cubano, the Wreck and the Steakhouse Beef. The Wreck for the win but all 3 were delicious.
Perfect lunch spot . Did not want anything too heavy while on vacation. Did some shopping in the plaza stopped to get a sandwich. Service was friendly. Good variety of sandwiches and soup .
Inviting place for quick bite. The place is clean, and plenty seats. It is easy to park also.
Outside seating is great during good weather!

I really enjoy the sandwiches here, and it feels kinda homey. Today(Sat) there is a guitarist providing live music. Kids seem to like the food, well and the milkshakes and cookies.
This was my first time at potbelly and I walked him. People were very friendly and atmosphere seen chill. Love their sandwiches.
