As expected. Good food. Will come here again. Pretty authentic establishment. Bulgogi dinner with all the sides. All this to myself. Price for this is $19.95 not including the ice tea and $2 miso soup I had before this.
Food was a little pricey but I enjoyed my food enough to go back a few more times. Each visit my food was good. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. Visited during lunch and dinner hours it was always great!
Try the bibimbap. Their barbecue sauce is sweet and spicy, smoky and incredible. They also serve a great assortment of kimchi. Don't miss this gem; it's tucked away in a plaza. Well worth the trip!
Sweet aroma. I love this place. The owners are very warm and inviting and the food is delicious. If you do not know what to get if you are new to Korean cuisine, try Galbi Gui, marinated grilled short ribs that will make you want to come back for more.
Surprise Hit in Woodbridge. Not to be judgemental, but I didn't expect much from a restaurant in Woodbridge. I was more than surprised when my husband and I walked into the warm, beautifully decorated restaurant and were greeted by welcoming smiles and a stomach teasing aroma of grilled marinated meats and savory rice concoctions. After ordering drinks, the traditional Korean condiments were brought to our table. Spicy, pungent kimchee, pickled vegetables and chili-infused sides only added to our growing hunger. My husband ordered spicy Yukaejung, a tender shredded beef soup with long glass noodles and a fiery hot broth. I ordered dolsot bibimbap, a sizzling stone pot with rice, various steamed vegetables and spicy beef served with a creamy raw egg on top. The crisp bottom-rice is coveted on the Korean table. Our entire meal was under $25, and amazing. Don't pass this little secret up, go and enjoy a genuinely delicious Korean dining experience.
Love this place . I eat there once a week
This is a very nice Korean place! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Korean food. The price is with the food, it won't break your bank. Awesome place and service was great!
Very nice quaint Korean restaurant with excellent food, service and very clean! The grilled mackerel is cooked and charred to perfection! The pickled daikon and bean sprouts are delicious and crunchy and you can tell they are prepared daily. The grilled spicy pork was tender and juicy. The service is excellent and she was so very sweet and brought extra napkins without me even asking.
I highly recommend this for anyone that likes real Korean food. Oh and the ginseng hot tea is very smooth and light and perfectly steeped.
Please support this excellent local business!
We have visited this restaurant five years ago. Was (happily) surprised to see it is still open! The food are good enough and the price is very reasonable. Lunch Benton and hot bibimbap are highly recommended!
Recomend this restaurant for who would like taste Korean food. The food has not been added as much sugar as American.
Food in Korea does not contain as much as American, and you could realize it at the restaurant.
I had some spicy pork and bulgogi….. it was amazing! Great char, great flavors! All the sides were so so good! Very impressed!
Bulgogi and rice cooked perfectly, the salad is dressed with an delicious zingy vinaigrette and the pickled cucumbers are my favorite. Also, some of the best miso broth / I prefer silken tofu and seaweed, but the broth makes up for its simplicity
I've been frequenting this Korean restaurant for many years. The food is great and the service is delightful. Prices are average.
Very happy with this place!! Happened to stop by after visiting Ikea. They make amazing charcoal grilled meat!!! We got the spicy chicken gui and were loving the strong charcoal flavoring and tender meat. I also got the salmon teriyaki lunch box and the meat was so well cooked and flavorful!! The japchae in the lunchbox could use some work though.
The side dishes had perfect flavor- especially the kimchi. Red ginseng tea was also good. Highly recommend! We even ordered seconds to go.
This family owned Korean restaurant is the best kept secret in Northern Virginia. The food is exceptional. I've been a customer for 12 years.
This is a hidden gem. First of all chicken dishes are halal. Lunch specials are priced well. The service is outstanding. They have a nice lady and a younger gentleman that take care of everything to your preferences. And yooo, the pickled sides that they give with your order are enough just to check this place out. 10 out of ten no doubt.
This place is the bomb!! Food is so delicious 😋 😍 portions are generous and service is 5 🌟 I love every one of their plates but beef bulgogi is my all time favorite!!! Hot pot bibimbap is another go to that I just love! You can see both in my pic as well as some good japchae!! Their Solomon seal tea is also perfect!! I usually get take out but dine in is definitely better!!
