We celebrated my birthday (August 1st) at Bar Louie! First, the place is amazingly beautiful! We went around lunchtime. The menu was kid-famiky friendly. We had a great booth seat. I ordered a “Strawberry Margarita “, 🍅 tomato basil soup, grilled chicken Quesadillas. Yum! Delicious! Wonderful! The area that the restaurant is in has plenty of parking. Other stores, shops, businesses and restaurants are in the area also! I give Bar Louie a 10+. Fast service! Friendly staff with smiles! Great prices on the menu! I am definitely going back to Bar Louie’s!
I went in for the food, although the Voodoo Ranger on tap was a surprise. Calamari was really good, along with the wings once you tasted them. For me, the service was where the shine was. I'll come back simply for THAT!
Stop by for a late lunch on Saturday, 11 November 2023, and enjoyed a very delicious meal. The restaurant was short on staff and we waited 20 minutes for a waitress. Great atmosphere and awesome food. Please do a better job with managing your staff.
The server for the patio never acknowledged us we were seated by the bartender, and the bartender waited on us while outside. When the patio server finally came outside, it was to serve everyone else but us. It's very frustrating. The brunch menu was really good. The avocado toast was amazing, and the bartender treated us to a mimosa. It was very much appreciated since it wasn't her fault, the patio waitress wasn't doing her job. She is the only reason why i would come back. The bartender's name is DESTINY. I highly recommend her.
Nice atmosphere and service! I ordered shrimp tacos. Wasn't my favorite. We also ordered bourbon wings. Too much sauce for my liking. My hubby had the bourbon bbq burger. Said it was good buy a dry. It wasn't cooked to his specifications. But, loved the vibe of the place. Great drink menu!
The service was decent, but when it gets busy you can definitely tell, takes a while to get a drink and there was not Hostess to meet and greet people. Shifted from bar to a table and waitress was definitely not a people person. She could truly use some training on how to be more friendly.
There was ONE waitress working the whole floor and she was doing host duties as well. Considering how over worked she was, she did exceptionally well. The kitchen staff came out to explain they too were short staffed and food would be coming out as ready and slower than normal. I was very impressed they took the time to do this. Management needs to figure out a better way to staff the restaurant.
Went for a happy hour drink with my friend. It's a great after work place to grab a drink. Great happy hour. The spinach artichoke dip was on point. The flatbread was decent also. Good service. Plenty of people working and keeping the place going smoothly. I would say only it's a shame that they all have to share tips behind the bar because some of them take the extra effort to make your drink delicious and some don't. Wish the ones who did got rewarded

Loved this place!
My only complaint is right off that when we were seated the hostess just kind of plopped us down and walked away. She didn't give us menus or tell us there was a little sticker on the table for us to scan. She barely made eye contact. Maybe we should already know about the menu situation....but we didn't. We just sat there. I did see paper menus at the nearest server kiosk so I know menus were there! It took the waitress awhile to get to us, which was absolutely understandable as it was busy and she was doing her best. But we could've been looking at a menu. The hostesses really need to do more to be warm, welcoming, and helpful.
Other than that our experience was amazing! The chicken nachos and potstickers were a great start. My daughter enjoyed her calamari and I loved my hot honey chicken sandwich (I was disappointed that you were out of pickles though....that's my favorite!) The hot honey on the sandwich is genius....brilliant! The perfect sweet and spicy!
Our waitress was excellent and the restaurant has a lively, happy atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed the early evening happy hour here. Good drink selection, nice offering of appetizers accompanied by fast and friendly service. Only thing that disappointed me was that the tip was figured on the price before the happy hour pricing. They ring up the items full price and calculate the tip, then they deduct money for the happy hour deals. I thought this was a little shady. Besides that confusion I will definitely return.
