I love this place. Consistently great service, high quality fare and a pleasant, upscale ambiance. No surprise it's supposedly one of if not the best performing unit in their chain. I try always to sit in Maria's section. She's a superb waitress who hails from Chile. Be sure to make time for an after dinner stroll through the shopping center, there is always so much to do.
Food was great, lunch portion size was huge! Didn't have the best waitress but it won't stop me from going back, just wouldn't want to sit in that section again.
Great place to relax for dinner. Nice environment. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Had no problems. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I feel like I remember this Changs opening just about 2 years ago, maybe not quite even 2 years.
The inside is already looking rough. The seats have quite a bit of wear on them, rips and tears.
The food is good, great even.
Staff can be hit or miss. My latest dinner, our server was very nice and attentive.
Another visit, we were there for quick dinner and drinks, sat inside at the bar and we ignored, with 1 other customer at the bar that the bartender obviously knew.
Other time we just had drink,outside at the bar and that bartender was great!
It's a real roll of the dice coming here.
I am not a fan of most Asian foods although I do have a few favorites. But my husband loves all noodles so we went. Food service and food was fantastic. My drink from the bar didn't arrive till half way through the meal and had it not been a good drink I'd probably have sent it back but it was delicious and maybe worth the wait. We went during happy hour and 3 appetizers and an adult beverage came out to be under 30$. We will be back (for happy hour:)!
Food was really good, price was fair, our waitress was engaging but at the same time gave us the perfect amount of breathing room. It's a rare and exceptional gift for a server to have.
We'll be back again.
The food was okay but the service was top notch our service attendant yesterday Julius was the standard of what a great host and wait staff should look like he alone deserves 5 stars the restaurant however had small details that could have been worked on the floors were very nasty and sticky a good mop or swifter wet jet could have helped that. I also had to ask the hostess for a hot soapy towel to get the table clean after it had been wipe off because it was still sticky as well.
Things like that are small but noticeable.
Overall it was a good meal.
We visited this location last night for dinner and the food was fantastic and the service was exceptional!! It has been awhile since we have been to Chang’s but I was craving lettuce wraps and they were as delicious as I remembered!! Cat was our server and she was attentive and knowledgeable. She recommended one of their new appetizers and I have to say the Mongolian potstickers were phenomenal. She also told us about their Asian Pear Mojito, my new favorite drink!! So we had all our old favorites and the new items she recommended and we really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Cat!!
It was my first time going and the food was great. Our waitress Kayla was excellent! She offered suggestions for drinks, appetizers and dinner (which were all great btw) she was kind and patient when were being indecisive. It was a lovely environment overall!
