LOCATION: Easy access from Potomac Mills outlet mall area and I-95 freeway.
FACILITY: Clean. Standard Wendy's fast food building and interior decor. Restroom was clean when I last visited.
SERVICE: Fast & Accurate (my personal experience)
NOTE 1: Rating is relative to fast food restaurants in general. this rating would not be a good reference point for comparing this restaurant to a high-end steakhouse, etc

I understand and empathize with folks who drive away with an incorrect order.
I've dealt with similar problems (incorrect food &/or $ change) over the years at various restaurants, with the majority of problems occurring at fast food restaurants.
I suggested my family and friends review the accuracy of any drive-thru order at ANY restaurant before departing.
A few years back I gave the situation some thought & realized something...
1. Staff at most fast food restaurants are overworked and underpaid (minimum wage)
2. Staff are often very young and still developing their personal/professional work ethic and focus
3. I need to take more PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for the things I can control, such as VERIFYING the $ change as well as the food in the bag 👀, BEFORE DRIVING AWAY

Nice clean place. Alert staff and great deals. Food is good and in restaurant or in app ordering is easy.
Done Breakfast at this location 2x. Will come back good friendly service and the food quality was very good.

This location was open for dine-in. I ordered a Frosty and chili and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The food was good and the service was friendly. Very clean dining room and rest room. A few patrons were dining in as well. Most were alone and so the dining room being open gives people a chance to get out of their homes for a moment of normalcy. Thanks Wendy's!
Wow!!! Food was hot and fresh, staff was courteous and patient, and despite the long drive-thru line, our order was fulfilled quickly.
I always special-order my burger without onions or tomatoes, lettuce or pickles. This burger arrived perfectly.
It was hot when I got home!!!! 15 minutes later!!!!! WHAT?!!???!
