Excellent !!!!. Pleasant and well maintained outward appearance. Kitchen prep work was in plain view and it was apparent all of their food was extremely fresh. The gentleman who took my order was knowledgeable and patient with me and took the time despite the pictures of what I had ordered displayed in the menu to explain how the dish was prepared and eaten traditionally. Restrooms were warm, clean and well stocked. In reviewing the menu it featured dishes ranging from northern to southern Vietnam, some Cambodian and Laoation dishes as well. I did not order any of the shrimp myself but witnessed several seafood dishes being prepared and served during my time there and all of it was amazing.
The drink selection was limited to Coca-Cola products but they had several cold and hot tea types available as well. My order took about five minutes to prepare and package. I want with the age old rule not being familiar with the cuisine and ordered the restaurants Specialty dish (Vietnamese hot noodles) and it was an outstanding choice. The hot soup was packaged in a neat tough little self sealing tub that did not leak at all on the truck ride home and the styrofoam clamshell provided was stuffed with fresh water vegetables and a ton of sliced meat and meatballs to soak and eat in the broth. Payment was hassle free and quick. Totalled $12. The restaurant staff were all well groomed and uniformed and very nice. I plan on visiting and eating there several more times this year. Highly recommend it. Also had several HD tv's with a good news feed on current events going. Five stars.
***Hidden gem *** really good tasty food around Woodbridge. Best pho I had around Woodbridge. I would highly recommend it. Plenty of parking and tables. Brisket soup is my favorite.
Food is good but it's a bit over priced. Enjoyed the pho even though I expected a bigger bowl for what it's worth. Service is quick although we did have to wait a while to get containers for left overs. The place could use a deep cleaning as it looks like people eating there has been slurping pho broth all over the walls.
I was greeted and seated quickly. I ordered the pho with sliced beef and brisket and meatballs. Generous portions of basil. The sprouts were a little sad but the soup overall was very good and the broth was delicious. The spring rolls seemed a little overcooked but still good and the nuoc mam had some chili in it that most pho restaurants around here don't do. It was very delicious. Nothing fancy inside this restaurant. It's a little spartan and dated. But the food and service was good. While I was eating, several people came in to order Banh mi so I think I'll return to try that and more dishes.
Got the Chicken Pho w/added brisket and a Vietnamese grilled sandwich. It was very good. If you haven't been here try their beef stew Pho its my favorite.

Good flavor, quick service, clean space. Would stop by again.
Excellent soup and service. Served super fast! Literally took less than 5 minutes from ordering to receive our rolls and pho. Outstanding!
Large place, great Phô. Would recommend to anyone!
The food is awesome. The price is decent. The pho is awesome and the bánh mi sandwiches are great.
The best part is the extensive menu with tons of options. The pho broth was not the most flavorful. They are plentiful with the toppings. You can also order vegetarian with tofu and broccoli. Good experience
I love Pho Saigon! We eat here about once a month, hot or cold outside. Staff is friendly food is quick and delicious. I always order a chicken pho and my fiance gets the beef brisket/tripe and beef tendon pho (#10). We love it here.
