This place is like a sports bar and family restaurant at the same time. Seemed like they had every game on. Food and drinks came out quickly and were perfectly cooked. We don't have a Chili's in Seattle. So we have always wanted to try it. It did not disappoint.
Went for father's day lunch. Daughters words as we walked in "mama, it smells so clean!!!". Service was the absolute best. Gentlemen serving us had a good sense of humor and suggested pickles with my salmon. It was a good suggestion, similar to adding lemon juice to fish dishes. And he definitely catered to the children instead. Which I appreciate since most service the adults who control the tips if yenno what I mean.
The food and service was great, however the music the played sucked.! It was the same person covering different songs, and there singing was soo bad. She very poorly covered Lana Del Rey and Radiohead.
They were under staffed. Went in on a Monday and there was only one server. The drinks were great but they messed up the order and lots of dirty tables. The one waitress was doing a good job of trying to help everyone but she needed a lot more help. Manager please hire more staff.
This was me and my boyfriend 2nd time going to this Chili's it's clean it's not always packed and the last few times we've been our waitress was Amber and she runs the bar and she serves so she's stay busy but our food is always hot when she brings it out and we never have no complaints

Everything served to us was fresh, lovely and tasteful. Enjoyed our visit to this chili's and the service was topnotch as well. We ordered shrimp tacos which were served to us in a sizzling pan and their famous chocolate lava cake as well. No doubt the cake is just wonderful!!! I'd highly recommend this location and their servers deserve a healthy tip due to their politeness and attentive behavior to treat the customers with respect and care.
I just finished dining here with my best friends and let me tell you the service was amazing! Our server, Emi, deserves an award winning Emmy for her preformance. She was attentive and held herself accountable for any mistake she made and as an old server I really appreciated that! Shout out to her! ALSO the manager Anthony came to personally bag our take out, made sure we enjoyed our stay, AND went out of his way to return my friends Starbucks cup in the pouring rain. Even the my burger didn’t taste like it always does. Anthony and award winning Emi deserve every last of these 5 stars!

We went to this location for lunch on a very slow day. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She was very fast in taking our order, and our special requests of no cilantro and dressing on the side for salads was noted and done perfectly. It was also very easy to use their table kiosk to pay for our meal without finding our server. The only thing that we had to note was that our dishes that were used for the salads did not look very clean on the edges. There was clearly some residue leftover from the last time the plates were used. However the food ingredients looked fresh, and the meal did taste just fine. We will definitely come back for the service and convenience of this location in a great section of Woodbridge.
