The jerk ribs were spiced perfectly and the smoked ribs were on point. The kale/cabbage side order is awesome...this was the first time I had that combination .

The customer service and our server were exceptional warm and professional. Since it was our first time experiencing Korean food grilled at our table and my significant other’s first experience ever in a Korean, we were provided explanations of the menu and assisted in cooking our food. We loved the complimentary appetizer and Korean vegetable side dishes (barchan, 반찬). The three different marinades were exceptional too. Usually I get more barchan options in the past Korean restaurants I have visited, yet the quantity they provided us there was very generous. The only seafood options were squid and shrimp. I ordered the squid. My husband ordered the bulgogi and corn with cheese appetizer. They provided us chopsticks and plastic forks until I requested silverware. Our food was provided by a robot or our server. The bulgogi was exceptionally delicious yet the squid was so so & seemed over cooked. It did take some time to have our food cooked and to have our drinks served. I recommend coming here with a big appetite and selecting the all you can eat entree option for an additional $9 plus added to the entree price. It is worth it especially with the all you can eat barchan. I was the most impressed with barchan and ate as much as I could.

Loved our server and loved the food! Super clean and well ran. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and I will be coming back as often as I can!

I am eating here now about 2-3 times a month because it is so good! The quality of service is amazing as is the quality of the food. They give you plenty of quality cuts of meat and 3 options to choose from as well. Also, plenty of good small side dishes, great kimchi! The restaurant is very clean and well kept. I always judge every restaurant on their bathrooms and the Firepan bathroom is very clean! Again, awesome food, great service and very clean, plus those cool robots that deliver food!! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I'm giving this restaurant a Five for the review Love Korean food, BBQ especially! From the time we walked in until we walked out the service was amazing! We chose Option A, all you can eat and it truly was all you can eat. Salad, Lettuce for wraps, 3 sauces, A variety of meats to choose from. The steamed egg was good too Paul was an amazing associate. He was the best I've seen in a while in customer service! Frankly, Give him a raise! He took the time to explain how the menu options work and was very attentive. We really enjoyed!
