Drive by all the time and my husband, son, and I decided to stop in for an early dinner. Place was not crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server, Brad, greeted us and took our drink order, nothing special just Pepsi and 2 lemonades. Ordered 2 appetizers, the crab dip and spinach/ artichoke dip and also placed our son's order of chicken tenders and French fries. Both came out in a timely fashion. The appetizers were both amazing! Crab dip literally rivale some of the best weve ever had (maybe better!), son's tenders and fries came out hot and a nice sized kids portion. Brad was very friendly to our son. Dinner consisted of the lobster Mac n cheese, the Cuban sandwich, and broccoli and Jack risotto. Everything was hot, large portions, and very tasty. Risotto was slightly under done, but that was the only thing we could complain about. Brad checked on us a few times and refilled our drinks promptly. He talked us into dessert, we got the key lime pie, peanut butter cheesecake, and our son had the fried ice cream. Key lime was fresh and light, the pb cheesecake is sinfully delicious with crumbled peanut butter cup and chocolate sauce on top and an oreo crust. The fried ice cream was light and not oily. All in all a fabulous visit, and we will definitely be back!
Visiting from out of town we were pleasantly surprised to find that the stone grill was walking distance from our hotel. I have to say the food and cocktails were surprisingly good and our server was able to recommend some items that surpassed our expectations. Speaking of which, our server was awesome and unfortunately I can't remember her name but it was a great experience all around.
When we first moved to the area, this was the first restaurant at which we ate. Great food, atmosphere and beer. They have over 30 beers from which to choose. This latest time, we had the cheese steak poutine, French dip, and the ahi tuna wrap. As always, the food was delicious.
This was another random dinner outing. The service was excellent! The food was as well. Although I will say that the crab chowder was noted to be a little bland. The special cocktail was unique. We also enjoyed a red wine blend from Chili (definitely a distinct plum taste). The wood fire pizza was exactly what I expected. The ruben was beautiful and tasty. Overall, I will definitely go back.
Great atmosphere, wonder staff, awesome food.
Tavern food is the best with great tasting food and fresh ingredients. Cool buns
Very nice restaurant. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my entire life. The drinks are delicious and as you might have guessed the food is fantastic. I’d highly recommend the twice or triple baked potato (can’t remember the full name). The staff are always incredibly courteous and friendly. It’s a little pricey though but it seems worth it as a special outing kind of place. All in all I’d recommend it 100%.
We sat at the bar, ordered appetizers which were amazing. I asked for a peppermint martini which the bartender quickly put together and it was amazing. Definitely recommend!
