The A1 Peppercorn Burger is the best burger ever! The Onion Rings are also top notch. I highly recommend the Campfire BBQ Sauce. We have never had a bad experience at the Red Robin in York, Pa.
When I walked in yesterday afternoon, it was between busy times, and there was no host/hostess around, so I seated myself on the bar side, and used the kiosk to alert the staff I was there. Lauren from behind the bar took my order (I already knew what I wanted), and she brought out my milkshake within a reasonable amount of time. When my burger arrived, it was hot, so I ate my sweet potato fries first. Everything was delicious! Lauren asked to refill my fries before I would have asked her. Very attentive and also patiently helped me get through an issue I had with the kiosk when paying. She also brought me a carryout container when I asked for it. Excellent service and delicious food...Will definitely go back!
Came here with family for a birthday dinner and had a great time! The food (as always) was great and our waiter (Joe) was honestly a gem - he made our experience go from good to absolutely great and had the most upbeat, positive attitude. This is definitely one of our favorite Red Robin’s!

Got seated quickly. However getting our order taken was a little lengthy. With most places being under staffed because of the pandemic we were just happy to be able to eat in doors.
The appetizers were great but the burgers were undesirable.
I have eaten here many times and this by far was the worst. They looked Great!!! But they were raw after the first bite :(
Update, Someone had reach out right after this post and pretty much refunded our meals. It's taken us a while to go back. Went back today. Happy to report everything from the service to the food was wonderful.

We were here on kids night. They were really busy. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. Evelyn our server was incredible. Really worked hard and was always pleasant and smiling even under the conditions. She is definitely an asset to the company.
Fun time for my birthday…service was ok for being short staffed, but I get it bc that’s everywhere and kids love the Mac and cheese so what can you do!?
Let me start with I LOVE this place. The service is always amazing. The food is always amazing. And they are great with my friends soy and dairy allergies. I do have one complaint though. The bathroom! I recently took my great grandmother here for lunch. The waiter was awsome the food and drinks were excellent. But the bathroom experiance not so much. The changing table in the handicapped stall makes it difficult to maneuver her wheelchair in it. The sinks are not low enough for her to wash her hands properly and the highchairs staked in the hall leading to the bathrooms were difficult to get past. This is an area they need to look into improving on.
Waiter was attentinve and cool. Burgers were on point. If Bathrooms were cleaner would have been a 5 star. Overall good experience. They r short handed so not going to kill em on restroom.
