I walked in and ordered, I swear on my family’s life the food arrived at my table within 2 Minutes. I went to wash my hands and it came as I was walking back to my table. The food was excellent and the staff was very polite. A staff member was walking around to help people and offer assistance. They gave me a refill on my way out as well. Hands down the best experience I have had with any restaurant. It was so clean, and lively.
This is the only place that can have a Nile long line and your still served and out of there super fast! The quality of service and food is always above par. They work like a well oiled machine. Love it!!
My daughter is in ER at UPMC. Hadn't eaten yet this evening. Went to get her favorite. Got there at 9:00 - didn't realize they closed at 9. They took my order and made it quickly so that I could get back to her. They could have easily said "sorry we are closed". Thank you.
I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! Their Deluxe Chicken sandwiches and Waffle fries are the BEST!!and Don't forget to add a thick Vanilla shake with Whipped cream and a Cherry!
Always fresh quality food. Unparraled chicken, waffle fries never greasy and tastes like potatoes unlike other places.
Very impressed with this Chick-fil-A. Very clean..bathrooms and dining area. In fact,they use some type of packaged wipes to do tables. So you know you are getting a clean table. There is also a motion sensor trash receptacle! We were waited on by Zarina,who was pleasant and friendly. I asked if she could mix my ice tea with both unsweetened and sweetened and she asked what percentage I wanted of each!!! She did it perfectly. Our sandwich and waffle fries were hot and served to us before we left the counter.Could not have asked for more. Well run...
Not among the cheapest of fast food, but the staff seems happy and clean. Appreciate people who get one day off a week, to patronize and fill out the places of worship. My son likes their sandwiches, wife and daughter love their milk shakes. I imagine their delicious cookies.
They always has the best customer service but with such a high flow of traffic things tend to get hectic and sometimes mistakes happen. I asked for extra Chick-fil-a sauce and ketchup and they forgot both and I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich and it came with them, I picked those off but had to go inside to get my sauces. Their chick-fil-a sauce is just too good to not dip everything in it haha.
