Just had a lobster roll and a cup of chowder and both were amazing!!! I think it was the best chowder I've ever had!
I travel all over New Hampshire and Maine and make it a point to always stop by the Lobster Outlet on my way home to grab a lobster roll or Chowder. They are hands-down the best I've ever had.
They used to have wine etc.. they have oysters clams. Rolls. Meat.. and soft and hard shell. Up to 3lbs.. raw or cooked with corn and butter. Great chowder.. and some frozen things.. 7.99 lbs for chx.. soft can't beat it
We found this place or first day in Maine this trip. Some how we have missed it every time we have come, we go every year. But you better believe we will never miss it again, after we found it we went back again the next day.
Lobster rolls are stuffed with lobster and the best price around.
Steamers were amazing, clean, cooked just right so they weren't rubbery.
Boil chick was so cheap per pound! And they gave us butter and the shell breaker to use.
On top of the great food, they were a super friendly staff!! One girl even showed my daughter and I some different lobsters and how to tell the difference between a girl and a boy lobster.
I'd give them more stars if I could!
Unbelievable Service!
We ordered 3 2 lb lobsters and 3 lbs of steamed clams all cooked.
We arrived for pickup and the woman who served us was immediately apologizing for a 10 min wait because they had an issue with a piece of new equipment.
She offered us fresh clam chowder while we waited which was very good.
She also adjusted the price of everything we ordered and we saved over $50.
We absolutely loved the lobster and steamers. I was really impressed with the steamers for not being gritty with sand.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to our hotel in Portland, Maine.
We both ordered lobster rolls and I also had a cup of clam chowder.
The lobster rolls had abundant meat and not a lot of condiments so you could really taste the lobster. The chowder was delicious and nicely seasoned.
We ate outside, where they have picnic tables.
This is not a restaurant. It is a market so they do not have table service.

Ordered 3 2lb. steamed lobsters and 3 lbs. of steamers. The lobster was the most sweetest I have ever had! It just melted in my mouth. It was so tender. The steamers were excellent too..no sand and cooked to perfection. Also had a cup of clam chowder which was awesome! The staff were so friendly and wonderful to do business with. Definately would recommend them 100%.
Best lobster roll I've ever had, hands down. Being cooked to order, you'll have to wait a few minutes, but it is absolutely worth it. While we waited, we browsed their small selection of beer and wine, and ended up selecting a wonderful reisling. The large roll has a LOT of meat, so unless you're ravenous, you might consider the small one. I can't wait to come back.
Neat little place. Can get all types of lobsters and also other seafood. Many lobster souvenirs. Worth a stop if you happen in the area.
