The food was amazing and would absolutely stop at this chain again. We had the Cheese Runza and Swiss Mushroom Runza (both with Pepperjack cheese) with crinkle cut fries and onion rings. The Cheeze Runza tastes like a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and the Swiss Mushroom was spectacular as well. While I would say they were not 'new' tastes for me, they were definitely on-par with similar foods I've paid much more money for in more upscale restaurants.
This location was very clean and although it was set up similar to a Burger King, the woman that took our order (as well as delivered the food and cleaned up the tables) was very friendly and asked us how our food was, giving it a restaurant feel as opposed to a fast food joint.
Love runza! I moved to Texas and can't enjoy them there. The lady at the window was great and let me know I could purchase frozen runzas to take back to Texas with me!! Awesome! Best French fries in 4 states as far I'm concerned!! I also had to get a Swiss mushroom burger! Made to perfection!!
First time at Ranza :) Nice and clean place to stop and eat there delicious cheeseburger Ranza on the way home.
I experienced Runza in KC a few years ago and fell in love, so naturally when we visited Nebraska we had to let the kids experience it, was just as good as I remembered just wish the KC store stayed open. Only 1 out of my 3 kids enjoyed it. Everything was hot and fresh fries included.
Haven't had it since I was a kid when there was a location in Sioux Falls. Overall it was pretty good , ordered the original Runza with fries , fries were hot and fresh. The rinza could've been cooked a little more , inside was a little doughy and wet. Place was clean and service was quick
Runza is a treat my family likes as we travel. The only thing that disappointed me was how little cabbage gets into their pockets (more cabbage please). Otherwise, delicious and an unusual offering in the fast food business.
