Mcdonald's

The people here are always kind, has had the same managment for several years and whatever they're doing, they're doing it well! We always love coming here, and the on tap root beer is the best around.

Zompton ... this McDonald's has been here longer than me! I eat here often. Although the menu has been scaled back recently, I enjoy the fish filet meal. Usually pretty good. Drive thru speed depends on time of the day. My only compliant is that 3 out 5 times they forget something from your order and it's when they make you pull up and park in a designated numbered parking spot. But seems like this is every fast food restaurant now anyway.

I don't want to think about what is in their fries, but I'm sure, whatever it is, will be the one thing that has me coming back (and I know I'm not the only one to say this.) So Mc Donald's has been adding touch screen kiosks where you can place your order, and then get table service. I don't know how new this is, but it's a cool concept in my opinion. It let's you customize your order without feeling like you are confusing or bothering the cashier or holding up the line (as many people seemed put off by using the new system when I was there.) You pay at the kiosk, unless you are using cash, then take your receipt and a number and go to a table. Someone will being you cups, and bring you food when you are ready. This system worked really well at this system. This is very crucial when it comes to my review of this location, as I previously tried this system at another location, waited 20 minutes, then went to the counter asking for food and no one knew anything about my order. I had a hungry child crying, I was upset, and the only person who cared was a lady cleaning tables (bless that woman.) These guys nailed almost nailed it. I had two different employees check on us shortly after sitting down, and I only had to remind them that I needed cups after the food was brought to our table. I will not sit here and tell you that this location is perfect and doesn't make mistakes, BUT anytime I've needed something fixed (and it's always been something simple) it's always been addressed without having someone get sassy with me, which I appreciate immensely. If you need your fry fix, I would recommend this particular set of golden arches, for sure.
