Dicono di noi:
I went there after visiting the Ca' Pesaro museum with my wife, who wanted a cappuccino. We placed our order at the balcony, and the waiter asked us where would we be sitting. I asked for the options, and she replied "you can wait here or in a desk". The cappuccino itself was overpriced (EUR 2.50), but, unfortunately we get used to these "small abuses" at tourist attractions. What really bothered me was that she charged an additional EUR 1.50 coperto! The coperto, although questionable, is common practice in Italy. Still, the extra charge usually comes with superior service, such as a basket of bread, a bottle of water, or a waiter taking your order at the table. As no extra service was offered, I consider it was only a way to charge EUR 4.00 on a cappuccino! In other words, the EUR 1.50 was not an extra charge, it was extortion! Summing up, the museum is fantastic, but avoid its cafeteria. In the end, it looks like all that matters to the guys from Ca' Pesaro is how much rent the owners are willing to pay.
